The taste of Khmer cuisine is more in line with the Chinese taste, especially the fried fish here, which is crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. The spring rolls are very local, with various vegetables wrapped inside, and you will feel very refreshing when you bite them. Curry beef is the first choice for people who love curry. The curry is extremely rich and the beef tastes moderate. Finally, order a big coconut, fill it with ice cubes, and take a sip, it is simply heaven on earth [sad]
Khmer Kitchen is a popular restaurant in the area. It has a Chinese menu and currently only accepts cash. Fried spring rolls are a common dish in Southeast Asia and are crispy and delicious.

I highly recommend this restaurant in Heshenghui, it's really delicious!!! The two-person set meal is full of classic dishes, enough for my partner and I to have two or three meals! No disappointments. For the single-serve dishes, I especially recommend the braised beef canned, which is stewed until soft and tasty, with a strong tomato flavor.
Next to it is the Sister Temple and Royal Park. We went there during peak hours in the evening and had to wait for a long time because there were a lot of people. One of the girls traveling with us was a doctoral student who studied abroad and her English was excellent. The service charge was not cheap. How do you describe the taste of the food? Worth a try, it feels very strange haha. But it's not bad. It's best to go there at night, and walk to the bar street after eating. It costs $80 (RMB 560) for three people, so it's not cheap. Please remember. Cambodia consumes in US dollars! It's more expensive than Singapore! Of course, there are only a few famous ones. Overall, it's worth the money. Maybe the atmosphere sometimes promotes dining. Plus the conversation is pleasant. A very good slow life for three people, an average of 177 per person.

Cuisine Wat Damnak is located Between Psa Dey Hoy market and Angkor High School | Wat Damnak village, Sala Kamreuk Commune, Siem Reap 17000, Cambodia The dishes are very exquisite, taste good, the service is good, and the price is high. The food portion is really not big, boys may think it is not enough. The environment is very simple and elegant, with a lot of space between each table. The guests who come to dine here are polite and quiet. There is a set menu here, with two options; if two people come to eat, they can each order a meal and share it. There are also many choices of drinks and wine. It’s very hot in Cambodia during the day, so it’s very comfortable to eat here at night after a day of sightseeing.
31's testing menu Full of surprises, very good. My friends chose seafood and thought it was lighter. The portions were moderate. My meat dishes were well seasoned and very local. First choice when visiting Siem Reap

Cambodia's food is not famous among Southeast Asian countries, but I found it has a unique flavor and is more delicious than expected! I can't help but share it❤️ 🥩Food features: 1⃣️Khmer local cuisine: a combination of Thai cuisine and Vietnamese cuisine, using a variety of spices, including lemongrass, pepper, turmeric, curry, cardamom, cloves, etc.; btw Cambodia has a rich variety of peppers, which are the best quality peppers in the world; 2⃣️Lok Lak: a local specialty, a classic dish made with beef, usually served with noodles/rice, with sweet and sour dipping sauces; 3⃣️Num Banh Chok/Spring roll: Vietnamese spring rolls, rice paper rolls; 4⃣️Kuy Teav/soup noodle: Cambodian rice noodles/rice noodles, usually served with chicken or beef. It is strongly recommended to choose beef🐂. Cambodian beef is generally delicious and of high quality; chicken is relatively dry; 5⃣️French food: Cambodia has been colonized by 🇫🇷France for many years, and many people who come to Cambodia are Europeans, so Western and French food are more guaranteed; 6⃣️Che Kho: Mung bean pudding, used by locals to cool off; 7⃣️Num Chak Kachan: Khmer cake/Khmer pudding, generally made from pure plants, with a sweet taste. 8⃣️Fried poisonous spiders🕷️/poisonous scorpions🦂️ (Figure 2): A series of strange insects grilled, fried/cold... 9⃣️Local freshly squeezed juice (Figure 3): The price is mostly around US$1, and the mixed durian is delicious. ❤️The following is a recommendation for dining: 🍽️Restaurants: 1⃣️Malis in Siem Reap (local Khmer cuisine, pictures 4-5) Recommendations: Curry crab, scallops, jasmine ice cream; all seafood in the store comes from Sihanoukville; the only drawback is that the drinks are often mixed with water + too much ice, and they were adjusted after requesting to change~ 💰Per capita: US$35 2⃣️Embassy in Siem Reap (French cuisine by a female chef, pictures 6-8) Fine is a more refined restaurant dining The frozen dried lotus seeds and dumpling soup for appetizers are quite special 💰Per capita: US$70 (including wine) 3⃣️Park Hyatt in Siem Reap (Breakfast is ranked first in Southeast Asia, pictures 9-10) Every meal in this hotel is delicious Highly recommend beef noodle soup and beef fried noodles The taste can be adjusted according to your preference~ The service is very good, and I will share the hotel article separately later~ 📍Recommended regional locations: 1⃣️Phnom Penh: It is recommended to eat and drink near the Grand Palace and the night market, and in the BKK area, where there are many choices; it is not recommended to eat in the Central Market/Russian Market, which is more messy and has a small range of choices; 2⃣️Siem Reap: It is recommended to eat, drink and have fun in the art market area in the old city, and most restaurants are basically within walking distance. #美食旬味会 #地方只有得的美食 #酒店住上瘾 #城市人文手记 #好吃地家老店 Cambodia·Asia

The store also has many Irish cocktails, replicating the legendary recipes of famous Irish bartenders, recreating Irish history and culture in a glass. Recommended: Irish Gold, Irish Tea Party, Irish Blonde, etc…
This is a very distinctive local place. We came here for a group meal. The environment is pretty good. The store has a Southeast Asian style. The fruit stand at the door is really doing great business. The mangoes are super good!

I really like the soups in this restaurant. All kinds of soups taste good, including coconut flavor, white soup, and Tom Yum Goong soup which is similar to Thailand's slightly spicy soup. The dishes are also well presented.
A great restaurant, right on Pub Street, that offers Khmer cooking classes. You need to make an appointment in advance to avoid class cancellations or too many people. The cooking process is very interesting XD Chaf is a very interesting person, constantly arranging us to do this and that, and even taught us to carve radish flowers hahaha~ In short, I highly recommend it~~

[Taste] There are many choices of dishes and drinks. I have been here dozens of times, so I have tried many things. The taste and portion are pretty good, and the presentation is also very good, suitable for taking pictures. [Environment] It's very good. It's not easy to find a place with air conditioning in Siem Reap in broad daylight. You have to have food, drinks, desserts and pastries, and a unique place that's nice to look at and sit in. I want to stay in Siem Reap. The grain must be Temple. [Service] Good, the clerks are very polite.
#WinterTravel After taking a break from traveling abroad for almost three years, Bomiko finally got to walk around again. When the rainy season ended, traveling abroad started to open up. So, let's go. And where should I go this winter? I wanted to go there and here. After thinking about it, I wanted to go to Angkor Wat, which I had never been to before. So, I organized my first international trip in three years to Siem Reap, Cambodia. Let's welcome the winter a bit. I thought it wouldn't be hot. But in the end, even though it was winter, it was still hot. Let's go sit in a cafe to cool off. When I arrived in Siem Reap, Cambodia, I must say that I was very surprised at how beautiful their city was. Especially the cafe. If you don't tell me where it is, I think it must be in Thailand. Bomiko will take you to sip coffee and enjoy the cool air during the winter in Siem Reap at a cafe called Temple Coffee n Bakery. It can be considered the number one cafe in Siem Reap. With its grand shop and stylish decorations, it can accommodate a variety of customers. The shop is located on the corner of the street. It is a large shop, easy to find. It is a cafe for sitting and sipping coffee. There is convenient parking in front of the shop. There are menus to choose from, ranging from coffee, bakery and single dishes, local style. Drink prices start at $1.75 and single dishes start at $3 and up. Let me tell you, if you have the opportunity to visit Siem Reap, this cafe, Bomiko, is recommended. #TravelAbroad #CafeReview
