The experience was really great! Shao Sang, the tour guide, was from Shanghai and was humorous. Since there were 1/3 Japanese, 1/3 mainland + Taiwanese, and 1/3 German and Filipino tourists in the car, Shao Sang switched between Chinese, Japanese, and English to explain in depth. Before entering, you will be given a packet of feeding biscuits and then fed to the bears. There are about 6-7 areas inside, with about 40-50 bears.
