Lake Lucerne is really nice. When the weather is good, you can see the snow-capped mountains. Unfortunately, we stayed there for three days, and the weather was good only when we arrived in the evening of the first day, so we didn't take advantage of it.

Take the train to Montreux and stroll along the shore of Lake Geneva. Beyond the water are the snow-capped mountains, stretching quietly. Chillon Castle is on a small stone island near the water. It is not big, but it takes you back to medieval Europe. It is worth a visit.
The adult ticket for Chillon Castle is 15 Swiss francs, the student ticket is 12.5 Swiss francs for Swiss Army, the child ticket (6-15 years old) is 7 Swiss francs, and the family ticket is 35 Swiss francs (2 adults + 1-5 children).
