It has its own unique charm during the day and at night, and both are quite nice and worth seeing, especially the atmosphere at night. The ticket allows for multiple entries, which is very convenient. However, the alleyways within the scenic area are a bit complex, and those unfamiliar with the area may easily backtrack and wander in circles.
The construction is excellent, the staff are dedicated and responsible, and the park offers a wide range of attractions. From local delicacies to historical sites, intangible cultural heritage shops, and hands-on workshops, I hope the park continues to improve.

Wunvzhou Resort is absolutely stunning! The antique architecture paired with the dazzling night view feels like stepping back in time. Stroll through the flower fields during the day, enjoy intangible cultural heritage performances at night, and explore the charming guesthouses with their wonderful atmosphere. The experience is truly exceptional and definitely worth visiting again and again!
The scenic area actually has very nice garden design, but it doesn't attract much attention. Slow down, maintain your curiosity and desire to explore, and you'll find the trip worthwhile, instead of constantly complaining about crowds or commercialization.

It was definitely worth the trip! I walked over 20,000 steps and witnessed many amazing scenes, including monkeys rowing boats, jaguars eating, orangutans spinning around, and guinea pigs courting. The staff at Hongshan Zoo are truly amazing! The zoo also frequently displays handwritten warning signs and animal information tidbits, demonstrating genuine respect and care for the animals. The zoo has truly created a livable environment for them – a big thumbs up!
It's super fun and visually appealing, perfect for bringing kids, and there's a designated stroller drop-off area, which is very thoughtful. The creative merchandise is also excellent, and the operational concept is very forward-thinking, allowing both animals and humans to be themselves.

The Hubei Provincial Museum is rich in cultural charm and well worth a visit. The Marquis Yi of Zeng's chime bells and the Sword of Goujian, King of Yue, are among its most prized possessions. The chime bell performance is grand and elegant, and very popular.
The Hubei Provincial Museum has a collection of over 240,000 items (sets), including nearly 1,000 items (sets) of national first-class cultural relics. As of February 2023, it has a total land area of 85,000 square meters and a total building area of 114,000 square meters, of which the exhibition area is 36,000 square meters.

It's quite far from the city center, and I took the Ctrip scenic area shuttle bus there. The museum didn't have many exhibits, but the cemetery was still very impressive! The experience wasn't as good as Sanxingdui!
A visit to the Haihunhou Museum in Nanchang is incomplete without a stop! I was truly awestruck. The gold and jade artifacts on display were exquisitely crafted, especially the rows of gold ingots and horseshoe-shaped gold pieces, shimmering with a thousand-year-old luster. It instantly made me understand what "wealth comparable to a nation" truly meant. The exhibition layout was very clear, from archaeological stories to artifact details, all accompanied by lighting and textual explanations, making it easy for even a history novice like myself to understand. The staff were incredibly patient, answering all my questions in detail and even pointing out the best viewing angles for key exhibits. The cultural and creative products area was also a pleasant surprise. The bookmarks and fridge magnets were beautifully designed and reasonably priced. The entire visit was smooth and fulfilling, both educational and a chance to experience the charm of history. It's definitely worth setting aside half a day for, and I've already recommended it to all my friends visiting Nanchang!

I took my kids there during the National Day holiday. We had to enter on our own after the appointed time. There were really a lot of people in the museum. Fortunately, we found a tour guide as soon as we entered. He patiently explained the whole process and allowed the children to fully understand the production process of porcelain and the inner stories of the products. Overall, it was a good experience.
The tour guide spoke in a humorous and witty way, which made people immersed in it. She spoke very deeply and thoroughly, and you can tell that she really likes this place. If you can meet her or choose her, you must choose our beautiful tour guide - Kong Lijuan, she is super awesome!

Very good tour experience. I hired a special tour guide to explain the production process of porcelain. I also visited ancient kilns from different periods and bought the porcelain I liked. It was very good.
It's like a self-service scenic spot. There are almost no staff members. I only saw shop assistants and NPC-like characters painting on ceramics. If you want to experience it yourself, you need to pay extra. The weather is also very hot, but fortunately there are more green shades.

The music festival and sky lantern release during the National Day holiday were definitely worth the price of admission! The moment of releasing the sky lantern was truly breathtaking. On the way back, there were even NPCs giving us a send-off, showing how thoughtful they were. I'd love to go back to Gexian Village for a few more days of idyllic bliss next time.
【Gexian Village】Chinese Romance in Ancient Poetry Moonlit Fish Lanterns, Thousands of Lanterns Like a Dream Three thousand lanterns light up for you, flowers bloom all over the city for you Here, I captured the scene described by Li Bai as "able to pluck the stars from the sky" The mandala wind chimes in "The Great Dream Returns" really exist Welcome to the world of NPCs and Cosplayers, "Parting Smoke" is right beside you as you place your bets~ On both sides of the exit path, young men and women in Hanfu hold up national flags and play "As You Wish," saying "See you next time." This grand occasion is as everyone wished, and this scene brought tears to your eyes.

If you're visiting Nanjing, you absolutely must check out the Nanjing Museum. It's a huge place with tons of exhibits and a fantastic experience. The museum is structured as one building with six galleries: a history gallery, a special exhibition gallery, a digital gallery, an art gallery, an intangible cultural heritage gallery, and a Republican-era gallery. Even a cursory glance could take a whole day to explore. The audio guides are very user-friendly, with several types available for adults, students, and children, catering to different age groups. The replica Republican-era street below is quite immersive. There are also many souvenirs available; I bought these building block fridge magnets, which are quite suitable for kids and also have a nice souvenir value.
Fantastic and huge museum. Free but you must reserve tickets in advance on wechat (very difficult, make sure to do it 7 days in advance as they get booked up). Very little English, bring a translator app. I spent 6 hours here, could have spent more. There's 3 buildings:1. North building has 6 amazing galleries of regional history from dinasours and prehistory through Qing. Highlight of Jaingsu. 2. West building is mostly just 20th cent artists (skippable imo), but the basement is a huge recreated Republican-era Nanjing Street. Every storefront is an actual shop you can buy things at. Feels a bit like a commercialized version of the Japanese Edo museums. No historical artifacts or interpretation - 100% Disney-style, but still highly recommended. There's even a theater with live performances (English subtitles).3. Northwest buildings holds 15 temporary exhibition galleries. The first floor seemed to hold the blockbuster one (Oct 2025 was a huge encyclopedic gallery of Persian artifacts, really delightful). Higher floors seemed to hold thematic displays of Ming/Qing artifacts, likely ftom the Republican-era collection left behind in 1949. There's a cafe on the top floor along with a nice terrace. There's paid luggage storage before entry, may need a Chinese phone number though.

Jiangbo's tour guide Zhang Zengbai has solid professional skills and is well-versed in the history of cultural relics. His explanations are vivid and interesting. He not only explains the background but also digs deep into the details, making the visit experience as good as possible. It's awesome!
Ms. Yang Wen, the tour guide at Jiangxi Provincial Museum, was enthusiastic and professional, with clear ideas and vivid expressions. She turned the "cold" cultural relics into stories around us. After listening to her for more than an hour and a half, I was still not satisfied. I have to give her a five-star rating!
