Led by Mr. Zhu, a Beijing lawyer, our tour lasted over three hours. He offered a deep understanding of the Forbidden City's 600-year history, seamlessly integrating architectural details, cultural relics, and palace anecdotes. This guided tour was truly professional! He not only detailed the design and symbolic significance of the Hall of Supreme Harmony but also shared hidden details about the artifacts in the Treasure House, including the Hall of Supreme Harmony, the Palace of Heavenly Purity, the Hall of Preserving Harmony, the Back Garden, the Zhongcui Palace, and the Chuxiu Palace. The itinerary was well-planned, avoiding peak traffic along the central axis, and the pace of the explanation was balanced. The detailed introduction to the historical allusions of the Zhongcui Palace was particularly appreciated by the group.
Director Ji isn't just a reciting, emotionless guide. She incorporates her personal feelings and experiences of the Forbidden City into her explanations, allowing visitors to experience a certain humanistic spirit and broaden their aesthetic horizons. In short: It's worth it, and I'll definitely come again!

Universal Studios has already started preparing for Halloween, but there aren't any shows yet. I really enjoyed Universal's cool summer this past summer. Here are some photos of the spring carnival performances, featuring an Argentinian dance troupe, who were incredibly cool. I bought Harry Potter chocolate frogs at the store and had lunch at a Southeast Asian restaurant on Universal Boulevard. The pork cutlet udon was delicious, and you get a few bucks off with an annual pass. Summer is over, and Mengniu ice cream is delicious too.
This is the most visited attraction in Beijing, suitable for all ages. The rides cater to all kinds of people, and the various seasonal projects are very attractive. Our family is a loyal customer of Universal Studios, which has brought us countless surprises and joy!

The scenery is beautiful, sooo ...
This Forbidden City study tour was fantastic. I've visited several times before, but this time I brought my niece with me. To get a deeper understanding, I signed up for the tour. This time, Mr. Xu, a top scholar in Beijing, led the group. He was very insightful, knowledgeable, and humorous. I give him a thumbs up!

Standing before the Yungang Grottoes, I was truly awestruck. Those thousand-year-old Buddha statues, some still vibrantly colored, still stand there. If possible, definitely book a guided tour! We only had a standard tour, which was a bit disappointing. We arrived late, so only the standard tour was available. What a shame.
Standing before the Yungang Grottoes, I was deeply moved... Millennia-old Buddha statues, some still vibrantly hued, others weathered yet still imbued with a profound weight. The neatly arranged smaller statues seemed to speak the secrets of an ancient faith. The main Buddha statues were solemn and majestic, as if piercing the clamor of the mundane world. Touching the stone walls felt like touching the texture of history, the ingenuity of the Northern Wei craftsmen. And if possible, absolutely request a guided tour. We arrived late, so we only had a standard guided tour, which was a shame.

Xiucai said Jiang Shangyi took us to visit Prince Gong's Mansion. The guide was professional and professional. Prince Gong's Mansion is a must-see place when visiting Beijing. It is very popular here. Under the guidance of the guide, we visited all the open attractions. The experience was great! The service was great! Highly cost-effective! Highly recommended Xiucai
During my recent stay in Beijing, Xiucai said that Jiang Shangyi's tour guide's interpretation of Prince Gong's Mansion was the most worthwhile expense I made. It can be said that the Prince Gong Mansion was brought to life. You are not visiting a dull and simple tourist attraction, but you are immersing yourself in a piece of history. Visitors feel like the protagonists wandering in it. I feel that this is what interpretation is. Xiucai will be my first choice for future travel.

The Temple of Heaven is much larger than I imagined. The Hall of Prayer for Good Harvests is truly majestic and spectacular. You can't truly appreciate it without experiencing it firsthand. I highly recommend going if you haven't been!
It was definitely pollen season, but we didn't encounter any, which was fine. The Temple of Heaven is always crowded, so be sure to go early, otherwise you'll be missing everyone.

Baotu Spring is truly beautiful. The water is incredibly clear, like jelly, and it's so refreshing! The experience would be so much better if you visited during off-season. You only have time during the peak winter and summer vacations, so visiting during the off-season allows for a leisurely and quiet experience.
This scenic spot is truly worth visiting! The moment you enter, you're surrounded by lush greenery and fresh air. The trails are well-maintained, with clear signage along the way, so you never have to worry about getting lost. The scenery at the core attractions is absolutely stunning, with pictures of the picturesque mountains and clear waters that could easily be wallpapered. Even the children in my group were delighted. The staff were also very friendly and patiently answered my questions. The rest areas and restrooms in the scenic area were very clean. After a long walk, it was wonderful to rest in the shade and enjoy the gentle breeze. The overall experience was fantastic, and I've already put it on my list for a future visit with friends.

Beijing locals typically enter the park through the West Gate early in the morning, take a stroll or run, and exit the park by 9:00 AM. The West Causeway is relatively less crowded with tourists! Recommended: The "Plowing and Weaving Picture Scenic Area" on the West Causeway offers a breathtaking view of the three-dimensional beauty of the carvings, even through the glass windows. It's a great spot for summer lotus viewing. For those visiting from other places, after touring the West Causeway, we recommend taking a Kunming Lake cruise directly to the 17-Arch Bridge Pier. This saves time and allows you to explore the scenic spots along the East Causeway to the North Ruyi Gate. Enjoy the Huguang mountain scenery, the Bronze Bull, the Ten-Mile Art Gallery, and the Marble Boat. Those with more stamina can ascend the "Painting Tour" halfway up the mountain to the "Buddha Fragrance Pavilion." Then, descend the back hill to visit the "Harmonious Garden," and finally exit the park through the North Palace Gate.
The tour guide's explanation was detailed. You must ask for an explanation when visiting attractions in Beijing so that you can learn more about the historical stories behind them. The Summer Palace is very large, and taking a boat ride was very pleasant.

It's a must-see attraction, so there are a lot of people. Summer vacation is the peak season. There are still a lot of people at the entrance after 5 o'clock. The road is jammed. I went directly to the opposite side and took the bus. There was a surprise. We were going to see Rumeng Jinyang in the evening. The bus can go directly to the entrance of Jin Temple. There are few people and the bus is fast, which is beyond our expectations.
When you come to Shanxi, you must visit the Jin Temple. The heavy sense of history there cannot be compared with the so-called ancient cities today. Only by coming here can you feel the sedimentation of history and the traces of time.

The scenic spot itself is not big but it is worth a visit. There is a small car next to the parking lot to take you to the scenic spot. It is not tiring at all. It is also nice to take pictures in the scenic spot. The explanations in Douyin are also very shocking while watching and listening.
This is one of the more scenic spots in Shanxi that's perfect for strolling. Overall, it's much more pleasant than Mount Wutai and Yanmen Pass. I don't like Mount Wutai because the transportation is so inconvenient. If you're looking for ancient architecture in Shanxi, just visit the Wooden Pagoda, the Hanging Temple, and the Huayan Temple. There's no need to visit Yungang...
