Kasubi Tombs is the mausoleum of the Buganda kings. The Kingdom of Uganda was the most powerful kingdom in Uganda's history. The remains of the last few kings of the Buganda dynasty are buried in Kasubi Tombs. The tombs also contain personal items of the Buganda monarchs - spears, bronze and iron utensils, antelope skins, musical instruments, etc., as well as photos of Mutesa I, Queen Dowdi, Kwa and his son Mutesa II.
