We arrived at the volcano on the afternoon of the first day of the National Day holiday. It wasn't crowded. No need to exchange tickets for self-drive vehicles; you can enter directly at the self-drive entrance. There are manual ticket checks and exchange. Each volcano has a parking lot, but the parking order is a bit chaotic. We drove a go-kart for 80 yuan per car (negotiable). It went around the volcano. There was a fireworks show at night, but it was too cold to watch.
My first visit to Ulahada Volcano was high, but upon entering the scenic area, I was somewhat disappointed. The volcano wasn't as majestic as I'd imagined. The most unpleasant experience was the traffic jams. During the National Day holiday, the area was packed with tourists, and the roads were one-way, resulting in frequent traffic jams. Self-driving tourists were constantly cutting in line, ignoring the one-way traffic rules. The management of the scenic area was also quite disorganized, truly no more than a AAA-rated scenic spot. To enhance its influence and service levels, much work needs to be done, such as improving scenic area management and implementing appropriate vehicle flow control measures. Furthermore, I personally feel that the sanitation management of the scenic area needs improvement, with a strong whiff of commercial development. I hope the scenic area management will address these issues and not wait until the tourists have stopped visiting before regretting it. By then, it's too late. Remember this!

The sunset is beautiful, the alpine grassland is stunning, the scenic area is very convenient to drive by, the ticket is still a bit expensive, the scenery is still better in summer. Navigate to Tianci Grassland and drive all the way up. When you see the sign of Sky Grassland, go a little higher and you can watch the sunset. Remember to bring a down jacket
When Master Zhang contacted us one day in advance, he would tell us what you wanted to know. Thanks to Master Zhang's foresight, we successfully avoided the traffic jam. After the trip, the local food recommended by Master Zhang was also very good. Chartering a car really gives you a lot of freedom.

Hulin Ancient Village, the giant pandas are so cute, especially when they are sleeping, so cute! The giraffes are also good-looking, the flying magic carpet, the glass plank road, exciting, exciting, exciting
- Beautiful natural landscape: The forest coverage rate is as high as over 80%, the natural birch forest coverage rate is 85%, and there are more than 400 kinds of plants such as Pinus tabulaeformis and wild cherry. The scenic area is surrounded by mountains and has abundant water resources. There are landscapes such as Longtan Waterfall. The scenery varies in different seasons. In spring, the mountains are full of peach blossoms, in summer, the mountains are green, in autumn, the birch trees are golden, and in winter, the snow is flying.

20250713 Civilization Starfire in the exhibition hall walked into the museum to learn about the past and present life of this city. When you arrive in Ulanqab, start from the museum and "the Yellow River flows from the grassland - Ancient Civilization Exhibition of the Yellow River Basin in Inner Mongolia" will be launched from June 6, 2025 to August 18, 2025! A progress hall, as if stepping into a time tunnel, the history of the Yellow River basin unfolds slowly in front of you. The cultural relics here span thousands of years, and each piece carries a unique story. The exquisite pottery depicts the ancient ancestors' understanding and awe of nature, and the bronzes highlight the superb level of ancient craftsmanship, telling the glory of the past. Yuan Hu people riding beast candlesticks Model characteristics: the main body of the candlestick is a Hu man riding on a unicorn. The Hu men wore gold foil hats, shorts, bare feet, a fork in one hand, and a bronze candle bowl with one hand. The unicorn's round eyes, pig nose, ears, mouth dew and teeth, and the vertical tail is flame-like, which is presumed to be a scorpion. In this grassland of the Yellow River, the farming culture and nomadic culture collide and blend, creating a unique and brilliant regional culture, and also become a vivid example of the multi-integration pattern of Chinese civilization. Come to the first exhibition hall "Civilization Starfire". A progress hall, was attracted by the ancient civilization fossils under the glass floor. Around the exhibition cabinet, the artifacts and fossils unearthed in the corresponding area are neatly arranged, explaining the lifestyle of people in ancient times, watching the rough but intelligent stone tools, imagining the ancestors used them to hunt and work. Walking, a gold waist jewelry brand surrounded a lot of people. Tiger and eagle gold jewelry brand is made of pure gold, using transparent carving and relief craft, showing a very high level of production. vivid shape: the front relief of the tiger-and-hawk shape, the tiger stands on three legs, the mouth is large, the head of the eagle is licked, the teeth seal the eagle head in the mouth, part of the neck of the eagle, the right front claw grabs the neck of the eagle. Tiger claws reveal five toes, ears, appendix neat, tail back, tail tip twisting. Eagle pointed mouth, big eyes, large wings, the whole body using irregular squares embellished with pattern. The tiger-embodied eagle waist decoration card reflects the characteristics of nomadic culture: it is a representative relics of Hunnu culture, rich in the atmosphere of nomadic life and unique national style, tiger and eagle are the symbols of the national worship of the grassland, showing their brave and strong spiritual characteristics. Double-layer rope decoration and leaf pattern on the gold decoration are popular decorations in the Central Plains region, indicating that the Central Plains culture has had a profound impact on the nomadic nation at that time, and it is a concrete manifestation of the multi-integrity pattern of the Chinese nation.
The Ulanqab Museum shares a main building with the library. There are many such museums that share or are located in the same location. I visited this museum three times, especially the exhibition of Miaodigou cultural relics unearthed in Ulanqab, which made me sigh at the difficulties of life of our ancestors and the huge impact of climate on human life.
