This was a simple pick up and drop off service as the ticket says but it doesn’t mention an extra cost is needed for the cable car when you get there. (There also is no Chinese speaking option). There was not a lot of time up at the wall so the experience felt rushed, an extra hour would have been better. There are closer options to Beijing of visiting the Great Wall that looked less crowded. But value for money I can’t fault as it was direct and allowed me to visit the Great Wall.
The north side of the Great Wall is steep and breathtaking! It's so crowded that you have to queue for the cable car! The south side is so uncrowded that you can get some iconic photos. Also, after getting off the south cable car, the signposts are poorly marked, completely obscured by trees. Be sure not to take the wrong route; the return trip is on the right! Also, buying water at the plaza outside Badaling Great Wall Station is very expensive! There are water vendors along the scenic route, and they're very affordable.

Seeing is believing. The Wuzhou Grottoes from the Northern Wei Dynasty are over a thousand years old and it's not easy to preserve them to this day. I went there during the summer vacation and there were too many people, which affected my experience.
The congestion before entering the scenic area and the long walk back to the parking lot will give you some experience, but after entering the scenic area, you will still be diluted by the strong historical atmosphere. The cool weather in the off-peak season is more suitable for a leisurely tour.

Beijing locals typically enter the park through the West Gate early in the morning, take a stroll or run, and exit the park by 9:00 AM. The West Causeway is relatively less crowded with tourists! Recommended: The "Plowing and Weaving Picture Scenic Area" on the West Causeway offers a breathtaking view of the three-dimensional beauty of the carvings, even through the glass windows. It's a great spot for summer lotus viewing. For those visiting from other places, after touring the West Causeway, we recommend taking a Kunming Lake cruise directly to the 17-Arch Bridge Pier. This saves time and allows you to explore the scenic spots along the East Causeway to the North Ruyi Gate. Enjoy the Huguang mountain scenery, the Bronze Bull, the Ten-Mile Art Gallery, and the Marble Boat. Those with more stamina can ascend the "Painting Tour" halfway up the mountain to the "Buddha Fragrance Pavilion." Then, descend the back hill to visit the "Harmonious Garden," and finally exit the park through the North Palace Gate.
The tour guide's explanation was detailed. You must ask for an explanation when visiting attractions in Beijing so that you can learn more about the historical stories behind them. The Summer Palace is very large, and taking a boat ride was very pleasant.

Entering the garden, a sense of time and space washes over you. The profound and ancient scenery invites a sigh of admiration for the wisdom and ingenuity of our ancestors. Walking slowly and carefully with awe, the slanting wind and drizzle cannot conceal a sense of melancholy. So many memories of the past are scattered among the flowers, plants, carved railings and painted buildings. The feeling of helplessness of picking up flowers in the morning and picking them up in the evening embodies the saying, "The carved railings and jade steps should still be there, only their faces have changed." The passage of history is ultimately just the passing dust of time and space, each brick and tile telling the story of joys and sorrows.
Enter the Jinci Museum through the beautiful park. The exquisite architecture and vivid clay sculptures make people linger. There are rest corridors everywhere in the scenic area, which is very friendly to the elderly and children.

Feel the breeze along the ancient city walls, stroll along the Ming and Qing streets, visit the county government office, escort agency, and bank, smell the aroma of wine and vinegar, and experience the charm of the ancient city. It's worth a visit.
The B&B is conveniently located within the ancient city, close to Nanxun Gate and South Street. The courtyard has seven rooms and an open-air terrace, making it a pleasant place to sit and sip tea. The owner is a gentle, shy, and polite young man. He personally picked us up and dropped us off at the parking lot when we arrived and left. On our first day, he even gave us a map to show us how to avoid detours and visit all the highlights. He was very thoughtful. He even gave us a bottle of Shanxi aged vinegar before we left. Thank you. The cleaning lady was also very nice, cheerful and enthusiastic. She made a delicious breakfast and kept the place very clean. The hotel also has a washing machine and dryer, which was very helpful when we returned to the room that night to wash and dry our clothes after it rained on our visit. Overall, it was a great stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends or those who visit next time.

The scenic spot itself is not big but it is worth a visit. There is a small car next to the parking lot to take you to the scenic spot. It is not tiring at all. It is also nice to take pictures in the scenic spot. The explanations in Douyin are also very shocking while watching and listening.
This is one of the more scenic spots in Shanxi that's perfect for strolling. Overall, it's much more pleasant than Mount Wutai and Yanmen Pass. I don't like Mount Wutai because the transportation is so inconvenient. If you're looking for ancient architecture in Shanxi, just visit the Wooden Pagoda, the Hanging Temple, and the Huayan Temple. There's no need to visit Yungang...

Luggage storage at the Hanging Temple is inconvenient. Taxis only go to the entrance, and you still have to walk over a kilometer to the visitor center with your suitcase. I recommend leaving your luggage at the Hengshan Visitor Center or at your hotel and taking a taxi there. For those visiting Hengshan and the Hanging Temple, I recommend buying a shuttle bus for 20 yuan per person. However, for those who don't visit Hengshan and only want to visit the Hanging Temple, the service is less friendly. Taxis won't let you into the parking lot, even if it's empty. The parking lot is about 500 to 600 meters from the visitor center, which is quite uncomfortable with your suitcase. I recommend setting up luggage storage at the entrance. Alternatively, you can get a round-trip ticket from Hengshan to the Hanging Temple for a cheaper price, as not everyone wants to visit Hengshan.
I am very satisfied with the management of the scenic area. It is very orderly and there is no traffic jam when entering and exiting. It feels great in all aspects. Generally speaking, it is very good and cautious. It is indeed very shocking and good.

With over 400 years of history, Hohhot's Dazhao Temple (also known as the "Wulian Temple" or "Silver Buddha Temple") is one of the most famous Tibetan Buddhist temples in Hohhot, Inner Mongolia. Construction began in 1579, the seventh year of the Wanli reign of the Ming Dynasty. The plaque hanging at the gate reads, "The First Spring of the Nine Frontiers." Legend has it that Emperor Kangxi bestowed this plaque upon the spring, which his horse had discovered was sweet. I only dared to check in at the entrance, wearing traditional princess clothing. Once inside, I respected the temple's history and culture. [Namaste]
Overall, it's worth a visit, as it's one of the landmarks of Hohhot, Inner Mongolia. Dazhao Temple (Wuliang Temple in Chinese, Yikzhao in Mongolian) is a Gelugpa monastery in Yuquan District, Hohhot, Inner Mongolia. Founded in 1579, the seventh year of the Wanli reign of the Ming Dynasty, it is renowned for its "three unique wonders": its silver Buddha statues, dragon carvings, and murals. In 2006, it was designated a National Key Cultural Relic Protection Site and is now a National 4A-level tourist attraction. Construction was overseen by Altan Khan, leader of the Tumed tribe of Mongolia, and completed in 1580. It is the oldest Yellow Sect monastery in Hohhot and is known as the "First Zhao" (Mountain South). During the Qing Dynasty, due to the residence of Emperor Kangxi, it was revered as an "imperial temple" and the system of reincarnated Living Buddhas was abolished, making it one of the few temples in Mongolia without a Living Buddha. These three unique treasures are worth a visit.

I entered the scenic area from the South Gate and left from the South Gate after using various means of transportation. I bought a pass, but didn't have time to see the Aobao meeting. The whole journey took about four hours, which is highly recommended.
The scenery is super beautiful, the air is super good, very cool, you can ride a horse to feel the summer wind and let yourself go. It is worth a visit, eat the meat of the hand, drink milk tea, it is a worthwhile trip,

Huayan Temple in Datong, located at No. 459, Xiasipao Street, Pingcheng District, Datong City, Shanxi Province, was built in the seventh year of the Chongxi reign of the Liao Dynasty (1038 AD). It was named after the Buddhist classic "Avatamsaka Sutra". It is one of the earliest and most well-preserved Liao and Jin Dynasty temple complexes in China, and is also one of the eight remaining Liao Dynasty temples in China.
In addition to several free attractions in Datong Ancient City, the most beautiful one is Huayan Temple, with exquisite murals, statues of people, and the Huayan Underground Palace to visit. There is also the famous Oriental Venus.
