Night hikes are windy. For sunrise viewing, it's recommended to book a hotel; it's cheaper during the off-season, less crowded, and the scenery is still quite good. A solo night hike from Hongmen to Yuhuangding takes about two hours and twenty minutes for beginners. Beginners are advised to listen to advice when choosing hiking routes. If you don't want to hike, take the cable car. That's all, meeting adjourned!
I drove here, and convenient parking was a top priority when choosing a hotel. This hotel has a large parking lot with plenty of spaces – highly recommended! The rooms are spacious and bright, clean, and well-equipped. Free water is available, and the smart toilet is a great and comfortable experience. There are many restaurants nearby, and it's close to a park, making it a great place for a relaxing stroll after dinner.

Very good very ...
Qingming Riverside Landscape Garden is a theme park based on the famous painting "Along the River During the Qingming Festival" by the Northern Song Dynasty painter Zhang Zeduan, recreated in a 1:1 scale. The park is divided into the South Garden and the North Garden by a double pavilion bridge. There are many interesting performances within the garden that you shouldn't miss; I personally enjoyed "A Dream of Splendor in the Eastern Capital of the Song Dynasty." There are also plenty of restaurants and inns within the park, allowing you to explore at your own pace.

This was my second visit to Baotu Spring in Jinan. I came on a weekday, so there weren't many people. I loved looking at the spring water; it was very clear and beautiful. It was also very cool inside Baotu Spring, so I had a great time.
A very nice place but it’s a place filled with tourist groups. If possible go in the morning if you don’t like to keep jostling for photo spots with tourists. If pressed for time or budget I personally feel can give it a miss cos the free springs like 乌龙潭 and 黑虎泉 which are nearby are decent enough too, and without the big tourist groups

[Scenery] Beautiful scenery, complete facilities, a popular spot for social media check-ins, and the most down-to-earth amusement park in Kaifeng. [Fun] Various interactive activities and live performances are available. [Value for Money] Affordable prices, no hidden costs, and the food is the most affordable I've encountered so far.
I bought a three-day pass in one day and was so tired my legs cramped. The city has more cultural elements than natural scenery, reflecting a market-driven approach. Traffic is congested, and private electric scooters are everywhere offering rides, which is unsafe, unregulated, and leads to exorbitant prices and misleading explanations. I hope this can be addressed.

On Sundays, the park is open from north to south. Following the route shown in the image, I walked the entire way and spent 6 hours there. Upon entering, I first visited the African section. It was so crowded that I missed seeing many animals. After finishing that section, I saw a long queue forming at the entrance to the African section. The North Zoo was less crowded, but some glass windows were still packed with people, so I had to walk around to see what was there. Hongshan Zoo is full of details and definitely worth a visit.
Hongshan Zoo was really crowded, but the overall experience was good. The zoo is large and has a wide variety of animals, especially the pandas, monkeys, and giraffes, which are very popular. The staff were well-organized and the zoo was kept clean. I recommend going early to avoid peak hours, as this will make seeing the animals much easier.

A highly recommended place to visit! The actors' professional performances combined with stunning sound effects. The park has two restaurants with very reasonable prices and delicious food. One day is simply not enough to see everything; I suggest a 3-day or 2-day trip to explore at your own pace.

The Temple of Confucius is grand and magnificent, with emperors of each dynasty adding to its splendor. The Confucius Family Mansion is a testament to the scholarly family, and the Confucius Cemetery is lush and green, though many tombstones are fallen and neglected, overgrown with weeds. Walking 20,000 steps, the cultural journey was truly worthwhile.
The ginkgo leaves, turning yellow, enhanced the beauty of the Confucius Temple, a cultural landmark. We visited on the Double Ninth Festival, and there were activities commemorating Confucius. It's a place well worth visiting for those of us deeply influenced by Confucian culture. There's no need to take the electric cart in the Confucius Forest; there's not much to see inside. The sage's tomb is not far from the main entrance; you can walk in.

Kaifeng has a Bao Zheng (Judge Bao) – you absolutely have to see him! The 9:30 PM "The Case of Chen Shimei" was very exciting. There weren't many acts, but if you walk quickly, you can catch them all. There were quite a lot of tourists. The holographic theater was a bit stuffy because it was too crowded. The bamboo pole performer was very eloquent; I really liked him, and he could even earn silver coins. I hope there will be more NPC interactions and trial-the-case shows!
The Kaifeng Prefecture Scenic Area is a reconstruction of the former "capital of the land" during the Northern Song Dynasty (960-1127). Kaifeng Prefecture served as the administrative and judicial center of the capital. Bao Zheng implemented direct litigation reforms here, setting a precedent for clean governance. The original site was destroyed by Yellow River floods, and the modern scenic area is a replica of the ancient buildings rebuilt after 2000. While not a historical relic, it preserves the spirit of the Northern Song Dynasty government through cultural reproduction. The scenic area faces the Bao Zheng Temple across the lake, creating a "prefecture in the east, temple in the west" layout. It is a National 4A-level tourist attraction.

Ming Xiaoling Mausoleum: The Spirit of the Ming Dynasty Within an Imperial Tomb The stone elephant path, over six hundred years old, is a ceremonial procession paved by time. The stone carvings along the spirit path stand solemnly like ancient guardians, camel humps carrying the winds of the Western Regions, and qilin bearing the majesty of the dynasty, leading step by step towards the entrance to the underground palace deep in the foothills of Zijin Mountain. Here lies Zhu Yuanzhang, the founding emperor of the Ming Dynasty, and Empress Ma, but it is more than just an imperial tomb. Hidden within the winding red walls is the architectural wisdom of "one mausoleum, two systems," the bricks of the square city's Ming Tower are engraved with the names of the craftsmen, and the inscriptions on the steles of the four-sided city record the ambition of the newly established dynasty. Every bluestone tells a story: this is not a cold relic, but an epic of the Ming Dynasty written in brick and stone.
The scenic area is large, but it's easy to walk around for most of the day, and there are some nice views along the way. If you visit all the paid attractions, I recommend buying a combined ticket, but even then, the price/performance ratio is still not high, especially for the Ming Xiaoling Mausoleum, which is more expensive than the Forbidden City during peak season, which is really unjustified.

It felt quite historically significant, but without a guided tour, it lost a lot of its charm. We finished exploring in 30 minutes, and without the other two attractions, the 80 yuan was definitely not worth it.
Guishan Han Tomb is the mausoleum of Liu Wu, King of Chu during the Western Han Dynasty, and holds secrets from over two thousand years ago. The neatly arranged stone chambers inside, with their cool, serene atmosphere, make stepping inside feel like "traveling back to the Han Dynasty." When visiting Xuzhou, be sure to see this masterpiece of "Oriental Pyramids."
