Come to Xichang must Bohai Sea! This is the back garden of Chengdu, the scenery is pleasant and the environment is beautiful. The four seasons are like spring! Bobo, blue waves, breeze is not dry, leisure and entertainment, have a cup of coffee to enjoy the scenery!
Qionghai Lake, the second largest freshwater lake in Sichuan and the "Mother Lake" of Xichang, combines natural wonders with cultural heritage. The scenery varies with the seasons: cherry blossoms bloom in spring, lotus sways in summer, reeds fly in autumn, and gulls gather in winter. The tranquility and biodiversity of the plateau lake (301 bird species are recorded) are intoxicating. 32 square kilometers of waters surround the urban area of Xichang. The 34-kilometer greenway around the lake connects the wetland park, Qinglong Temple and other attractions. You can ride, raft, camp, and feel the poetic feeling of "the boat is swimming in the painting". The thousand-year-old fishing culture and festivals (such as the Opening of the Sea Festival and the Barbecue Festival) add to the fireworks. Marco Polo praised it as the "Pearl of the Orient", and the bright moonlit night has become a poetic business card. The whole performance is more than an hour, divided into 5 chapters. Those who like to experience ethnic characteristics can experience it. The performance will be held in Aranyu Village, next to the Torch Square. Please give your mobile phone number at the ticket center to pick up your ticket. On a sunny day, I stepped into the ancient city of Jianchang, as if I had walked into an ancient historical scroll.
The walls of the ancient city are tall and solid, and the blue-gray bricks and stones tell the vicissitudes of time. Walking along the city wall, under my feet is a stone road polished smooth by time, and every step seems to be able to hear the echo of history. On the city wall, the ancient battlements and beacon towers are still standing, making people can't help but imagine the years of beacon fire.
Walking into the streets of the ancient city, there are Ming and Qing style buildings on both sides, and the wooden doors and windows are exquisitely carved, simple and elegant. The streets are bustling with people coming and going. The vendors are selling local special snacks, including sweet jelly, crispy pastries, and steaming glutinous rice balls, which are mouth-watering. I couldn't help but buy one to try, and the unique taste made me linger.
In the center of the ancient city, there is an ancient stage. On the stage, actors in gorgeous costumes are performing Sichuan Opera face-changing. The instantly changing masks and wonderful performances are dazzling, and the audience cheers one after another.
