I went there during the summer vacation and was torn. I was afraid of the crowds, and I'd feel bad if I didn't see it in Anshun. So I entered the park at 5 pm, which was very smooth. I also got to see the Water Curtain Cave, which was very satisfying to see. The night tour of Doupotang was also a pleasant surprise.
The scenery during the flood season is unbeatable. The only problem is that the signage inside the Tianxing Bridge is unclear. I hope it will be improved. Why not set up a cultural and creative cold drink shop at the photo booth of Huangguoshu Waterfall? It would be great to take pictures with it.

It is a top-level intangible cultural heritage that is well worth visiting. The typical naturally formed karst landform is strange and mysterious, especially Jianfeng Pool (take a walk on the plank road, the rocks are rugged and mysterious) and Youlan Valley (the malachite and turtle stone are very realistic). Maybe the tour guide will not take you there, but that is the essence.
The Stone Forest Scenic Area is very spectacular. Although it is all stone, the stones in the Stone Forest are very majestic. I originally went there because I took my mother to see Ashima, the top star of their era, but it is worth it to go there by myself. And there is no entrance fee for people over 70 years old.

Dianchi Lake, the birthplace of the ancient Dian Kingdom, has been a vibrant cultural hub for thousands of years and boasts a rich history. Nestled alongside the Xishan Mountains, Dianchi Lake boasts abundant natural resources and breathtaking scenery. The surrounding Daguan Park (Daguan Tower), Haigeng Park, Xishan Scenic Area (Longmen), and numerous wetland parks offer excellent recreational opportunities. However, the entire Dianchi Lake is surrounded by a circuit, making it difficult to reach the lake's edge for scenic views.
It would have been quite convenient to walk from Gantong to Xima Cao and then pay the 50 yuan per person difference to take the cable car down the mountain, but now you have to climb 1,200 steps to get to Xima Cao, which is a bummer. They are currently building another staircase or elevator nearby, so it may be improved in the future.

Dongfengyun, a newly popular online destination in Yunnan, combines historical depth with artistic creativity, making it ideal for travelers seeking a less-traveled, immersive experience. If you prefer natural scenery or traditional folk customs, we recommend planning your itinerary in advance.
Nine photos aren't enough to show this beautiful, artistic town. The red brick castle and the fusion of Chinese and Western styles make it a great place to take photos. The restaurant inside is also very good. The space is very spacious, and if the weather is good, you can walk around more, drink coffee, listen to music...

It's worth a visit. The various ethnic performances were very exciting. It was just raining when I went there, so many programs were cancelled. The travel photography was terrible. It was the worst travel photography I've ever had in so many places. I just followed the photos near a scenic spot. The experience was poor, and the photos were not good at all. I paid for it and that was it. It really hurt the score of the scenic spot.
I bought the night show and entered the park at 5:30 pm. The battery-powered bicycles were all off duty. A few villages were open, but it was a bit deserted and the show was a bit boring. It might be because there were too few people. The scenery is beautiful and suitable for taking pictures and checking in. I don't recommend it if you want to learn about ethnic minorities. It takes a long time to walk out of the commercial area...

I really enjoyed coming here with my mom and husband. We were able to see the animals up close while still feeling safe, which was amazing! I was a bit disappointed with the panda area, as it wasn't as engaging as I had hoped, but overall it was still a wonderful experience. I wouldn’t mind coming back again next time. Highly recommended!
I visited Yunnan Wildlife Park during the off-season, so there were fewer people and more space to explore. The only animal I saw for the first time was a binturong. The park's biggest draw is its size. I walked at least 10,000 steps on the sightseeing bus. The 16-kilometer journey without the bus would have been even more daunting. Lion and Tiger Mountain is literally a mountain climb. I don't know if it's aesthetic fatigue or just sheer exhaustion from climbing mountains, but seeing the ugly animals actually energized me.

The Wanfenglin Scenic Area is captivating, worthy of its National 5A rating. Its magnificent peaks, over 20,000 peaks, undulate like green gemstones inlaid across the landscape. The rural scenery is breathtaking, with golden rice paddies, clear rivers, and quaint villages complementing each other, creating a picturesque scene. Enjoy panoramic views from a sightseeing bus, or immerse yourself in its beauty on foot or by bike.
The weather wasn't great! It rained intermittently, and the sky was overcast. The rice in the paddy fields had only been partially harvested, but the scenery was still beautiful. I'll definitely come back in the best season!

I'm in Kunming's West Hill, feeling the breeze. Ascending the winding mountain path, Dianchi Lake unfolds before me like a mirror, its shimmering waters opening my heart. Every tree and stone here seems to tell an ancient story. I paused before the Longmen Grottoes, marveling at the masterful craftsmanship. This is more than a physical climb; it's a spiritual cleansing. West Hill embodies the gentle and affectionate side of Kunming.
A one-way cable car ride is enough; after all, the scenery isn't as stunning in months without seagulls. When it's crowded, go to Lingxu Pavilion first, then Longmen. The view from Lingxu Pavilion overlooking Dianchi Lake and the path carved into the Longmen cliff face is quite nice. Tickets are 30 yuan for adults and 15 yuan for students, which is not expensive. A shorter route down the mountain from the north gate would be even better!

You can choose to take a car up the mountain or walk up the steps. The scenic area is well-maintained, including the parking lot, the route up the mountain, taxis, and the small stalls at the entrance. Overall, it's a great place and worth a visit.
Although it is tiring to climb the 1999 steps, it is worth it. Although it is a bit tiring, it is still recommended to walk up. The scenery and attractions along the way are all on the road. The steps measure the height of the mountain, and each step measures the trajectory of life.

The hotel is in a great location, right next to Nanhu Park and a 10-minute walk from Southwest Associated University and Pioneer Bookstore. I happened to catch the weekly Haibianzhai market, which takes place every Sunday. The dazzling array of products, the diverse ethnic groups gathered together, and the vibrant ethnic costumes were truly eye-opening. It was well worth the trip. The hotel's breakfast was also excellent, and they even gave me a 40-yuan voucher for cross-bridge rice noodles. I had two of them in a row, and they were delicious!
I rushed to buy Sunday tickets early Wednesday morning. They said tickets would be released at midnight, but it took a minute or two after midnight for them to be available. I recommend that older children purchase seats, even at half price, because the carriages are incredibly crowded. The free time at each attraction is quite ample, but restrooms can be a challenge. Girls, in particular, had to wait in line for a long time. The only additional charge is the return shuttle bus fare to Tuanshan Mingju, or you can hike down the mountain. It's not expensive, only three yuan per person. Overall, the experience was good, but it wasn't as clean and inviting as advertised. It was quite crowded, and there were a lot of people smoking at the station.
