The fire and water sprays in "Lijiang Love Song" were truly stunning and thrilling, and the flying performers in "Lijiang Eternal Love" dazzled my child. The freshly baked flower cakes at Tea Horse Street were delicious and delicious. The kids' dads grabbed hydrangeas at Mabang Square, which made the whole family laugh! The Shouting Spring was absolutely amazing; my kids kept shouting for hours. Elf Valley is a great place for photo opportunities. There are so many interactive activities for parents and children!
The Dawa Tusi Banquet, with a small hot pot per person, is perfect for all ages, and you can enjoy the stunning Tibetan song and dance performance while enjoying it. Highly recommended! Dawa Village also offers intangible cultural heritage experiences, with plenty of rest areas for a truly immersive experience. Joining the caravan through the park offers a delightful array of surprises, and the kids loved interacting with the mushroom puppet team, which was incredibly fun. The "Ethnic Flash Mob" performance was energetic and the whole family could join in the fun. It was a truly rewarding experience!

The volcanic ruins are actually not very interesting, especially climbing up. It is very tiring and there is nothing to see. It is just a big round pit with weeds growing inside. There is basically no viewing and entertainment activities. But the volcanic cone in the distance is very beautiful and the horizon is very broad.
The main attractions in the volcano park are Dakong Mountain and Xiaokong Mountain. The electric cars at the entrance of the scenic area will stop at their respective locations. Dakong Mountain requires more physical strength. Since there are elderly people and children in our group, we directly chose Xiaokong Mountain. It has more than 70 steps and is very friendly. We can easily reach the top, then go around it and return by the same route.

I went on August 13th and waited in line for the cable car for an hour and a half. It was unbearable 😣...
I bought my ticket on Ctrip. Remember, I must go to the cable car ticket window to get my paper ticket before lining up!!!
On a sunny day, the cable car offers a stunning view of Erhai Lake in Dali. There's a very high section, so those afraid of heights should keep their eyes closed.
The one-way trip takes about 15 minutes.
Cangshan Mountain in Dali is so beautiful! The Gantong Cableway is great value for money. Along the way, you can see the Cangshan pine forest and overlook Erhai Lake. It's spectacular! The squirrels on Cangshan Mountain are so fat and love to eat potato chips 😁

Mengbanasi is not bad. It is more beautiful if you come in spring when it blooms. There are many beautiful and precious stones and ancient trees. I'd played it in Singapore before, and when I saw it was also available in Dali, I decided to add it to my itinerary. It didn't disappoint; I had three rides and was completely blown away, especially my son. Compared to Singapore, the slides are longer and the scenery is even more beautiful. I highly recommend it. To avoid peak traffic, we went around 5:00 PM. While the sun was still strong, there weren't many lines. Aside from a short wait for the cable car, everything else went smoothly. After our three rides, the sun was almost setting. The scenery was stunning, and many influencers were livestreaming the experience. Overall, it was a very satisfying trip.
Honestly, it's quite fun, especially taking the kids out. However, there are lines to get your tickets, pick up the car, and even get up the mountain. The driver of the mountain shuttle bus is incredibly aggressive, though, and it's much more thrilling than taking the cable car.

The spa at Angsana is really great. There are many types of outdoor hot spring pools, the environment is very beautiful, the atmosphere is great, and there are also treatments. We decided to go to the hot springs on a last minute basis and bought swimsuits on site. All the staff were very welcoming. The bath towels were warm and freshly disinfected. We went in the evening and many guests had already left. We had almost the entire outdoor facilities of the hot springs to ourselves. The experience was extremely perfect.

The scenic spot is next to the main road, by the Erhai Lake. We drove our car and parked in the parking lot next to it. There is a beverage shop when we got off the car. The environment and scenery are beautiful, but it is a bit sunny. If you don't want to go in, you can check in from the outside without buying a ticket.
