Upon entering Lushan West Sea, the first thing that catches the eye is its vast 308 square kilometers of water. The lake water is crystal clear, with a visibility of up to 11 meters, and its Class I national water quality makes you want to get closer. More than 8,000 islands are scattered across the lake like emeralds on a jade plate. A boat trip, weaving between the islands, allows you to appreciate the solitary grandeur of "A Tree Across the Sea" and experience the romantic atmosphere on Heart Island. Climbing the 99-meter-high West Sea Star offers a panoramic view of the picturesque lake and mountain scenery.
The overall environment is nice, but it's a single-story building, so it can get a bit noisy when people walk by or late-night guests come home. It's pet-friendly; my dog had a lot of freedom. There was no welcome fruit, but everything else was provided.
