One of the eight wonders of the world, the wisdom of the ancients is fully reflected. Every day, there is an endless stream of people coming to the pit, taking advantage of every opportunity to see it, and the small group tour guide explains it very well.
Witnessing the Terracotta Warriors firsthand is awe-inspiring, far beyond anything described in textbooks or documentaries. Standing before the magnificent military formations, one can almost sense the calm yet majestic aura of the Qin Empire. The impact of this two-thousand-year history truly lives up to its reputation as the "Eighth Wonder of the World." Practical Tip: Visiting after 4 PM during peak hours is highly recommended! The park is significantly less crowded, and the temperature is more comfortable. You can leisurely approach the railings for a closer look, and the entire process is incredibly smooth, virtually eliminating the hassles of long lines.

The cold winter wind could not dampen the enthusiasm of tourists. There were crowds of people everywhere. The Vairocana Giant Buddha was magnificent and majestic, and Bai Juyi's Xiangshan Temple opposite was also worth a visit.
The Longmen Grottoes are well-deserved and very beautiful. However, the grottoes are too far from the ticket gate and it takes a long time to walk. It was too hot in the summer and I was a little exhausted. But the grottoes and Buddha statues are very beautiful! In order to avoid the crowds, I went there early. I believe the night view is better.

Finally arrived at the ancient city wall of Xi'an and saw the city tower where you can ride a bicycle. The ancient city wall of Xi'an has a long history and is very distinctive. The light show on the wall is very well arranged, with clear themes and various styles. I will come again if I have the chance.
As a historic landmark in Xi'an, the Xi'an City Wall stands as a true gem of the city with its magnificent grandeur! Stretching 13.76 kilometers, it encircles the entire Forest of Steles Cultural Scenic Area. Every brick tells the story of the wall's history. Taking your kids to see the pass is a perfect summer getaway!

Stone steps, like ladders, lead to a crack in the sky; The cliffs, like a curtain, reflect the unwavering spirit of the mountains and rivers, which have endured for millennia. Here, there are no soft veils of cloud, only the proud earth standing tall against the heavens— Mount Huashan is a long ink painting that splits the fog and bears the light.
Huashan night climb from north to west is really worth going. It is a different experience. You can sit and lie down anywhere. I want to go a second time. The West Peak Cableway is great. Before I took it, I thought the ticket price was a bit high, 100+ per side. After I took it, I charged a little less. This price is worth it.

It definitely exceeded our expectations! From the lighting effects to the actors' costumes, they all incorporated high-tech elements. The actors' dancing skills were also amazing, which made us audiences gasp in amazement! It was amazing!
The large-scale live-action performance of "The Song of Everlasting Sorrow" was truly breathtaking! Set in the authentic setting of the Huaqing Palace, the lighting, water curtains, and stage design created a stunning visual experience. Every scene showcased the meticulous attention to detail and high standards of the theater team. The overall performance is well worth seeing and is a must-see for any Xi'an visitor!

I've heard the Yellow River Cantata, a tribute to the Mother River, countless times since childhood, but I've never had the chance to experience it myself. This time, I chose to view it from the Linfen, Shanxi, side for a more spectacular vantage point. I was truly blown away by the sheer majesty of China's second-largest waterfall! 🎫 Travel Tips: 1️⃣ Tickets are generally not difficult to buy, unless it's a special national holiday. The 120 yuan ticket includes the scenic shuttle bus. We bought same-day tickets, and buying earlier offers better deals. 2️⃣ You'll usually have to wait in line for the scenic shuttle bus, but once you get off and enter the scenic area, there's actually no line. Just follow the flow and follow the itinerary. The initial plank road, with its relatively calm waters, might make many first-time visitors think, "That's it?!" However, as you walk deeper, the view opens up. As you get deeper into the Hukou area, the river roars and surges, sending mist splashing onto those on the shore. The feeling of bathing in the Yellow River water is truly a unique "baptism"! ; 3️⃣ Near the waterfall, there are many donkeys dressed in Shaanxi costumes. It costs 20 yuan to pose for a photo, or 60 yuan to pose and stroll around. If you're interested, you can adapt to the local customs. 🚗 Transportation: We chartered a car from Taiyuan, passing through Xiaoxitian Temple in Xi County and then to Hukou Waterfall in Linfen. This is a long journey, so driving or chartering a car is recommended for more flexibility and cost-effectiveness. If you're traveling with a small group, you can also join one of the small day tours from Taiyuan, Pingyao, or Linfen. 🍜 Nearby Dining: There are many restaurants and B&Bs within 3-5 kilometers of the scenic area. We chose Yangji Fishing House, a favorite among celebrities. Their signature dishes, such as the Yellow River Carp (two-in-one dish), potato pudding, scrambled eggs with ground cabbage, and Yellow River fried shrimp, are must-try dishes on every table. The owner is also very friendly, which is why we have so many repeat customers. ⚠️ Tips: 1️⃣ The Yellow River bathing experience is quite thrilling. It's recommended not to wear white clothes or you'll get covered in mud. 2️⃣ If you're on a similar itinerary to Xiaoxitian (Little Western Paradise), be sure to avoid the freshly squeezed pear juice sold on the roadside at the entrance. While Xixian County is known for its abundant Yu Lu pears, a glass of pure juice from 3-4 large pears 🍐 is delicious, but it can leave you feeling awful within an hour, especially if you have a weak stomach. Several of us spent the entire trip admiring the Yellow River's water, constantly wary of the "turbulent Yellow River water" in our stomachs. Those who understand naturally understand [facepalm].
The scenery is still spectacular, but it's a bit far. The round trip journey takes at least 4 hours, 2 hours to play, and 45 minutes to eat. Since we are here, we went to the dragon cave below, which costs 20 yuan.

It's definitely worth the trip. My family of four had a fantastic experience visiting Laojun Mountain! It was a refreshing escape from the summer heat. We took the cable car to the summit, then hiked to admire the sea of clouds. The Golden Summit Taoist temple complex was breathtaking and magnificent. The kids were thrilled to try their hand at the cliff walk, and the whole family exclaimed, "This wonderland truly lives up to its reputation!"
We went in the afternoon and waited over an hour for the first-level cable car and half an hour for the second-level cable car. If you wait before 10 a.m., there's basically no line. We finished watching the lights turn on around 7 p.m. and took the cable car back down. It was still a bit chilly at 7 p.m. It had been 35 degrees during the day for the past two days, so even wearing sun protection clothing was a bit cold on the mountain at night.

Generally speaking it's OK, the transportation is relatively convenient, but try not to take the sightseeing bus or chartered bus, as they will rip you off and end up taking you to buy wine and vinegar and rip you off. Although the ticket for the Encore Pingyao performance is a bit expensive, it is very shocking and touching, and definitely worth seeing!
There are 22 attractions, many of which are quite similar. It's best to visit 4-5 that you like. We visited Lei Lutai's former residence, the Ma Family Compound, Rishengchangji, the Temple of Confucius, and the city wall. It was pretty good! We spent half the afternoon on the first day, and the next morning, after visiting Shuanglin Temple, we spent an hour strolling along the city wall. It was a bit sunny, but it gave us a bird's-eye view of the ancient city and allowed us to see the ongoing renovations. Overall, it was worth the price. As for the service, I didn't see any. The restrooms were rather dirty, which doesn't make it a 5A scenic spot.

1. Bell Tower Top: Climb up and gaze out over the ancient city of Xi'an, experiencing the richness of history intertwined with modern prosperity. 2. Bell Tower Night View: The Bell Tower is ablaze with lights at night, making you feel like you've traveled back to the heyday of the Tang Dynasty—perfect for stunning photos! 3. Bell Tower Square: This is a popular spot for locals to relax and have fun, and there's also a spectacular musical fountain show at night. 🍜 Food Recommendations: - Muslim Street: Just a 10-minute walk from the Bell Tower, this area offers a variety of authentic Xi'an snacks, including roujiamo (Chinese roujiamo), yangroupaomo (mutton soup bun), and liangpi (cold noodles). Foodies definitely don't want to miss it! - Defachang Dumpling Restaurant: A century-old establishment with a wide variety of delicious dumplings!
The guide incorporated a deep love for the glorious past into its presentation, offering detailed and emotional explanations of important artifacts. The interactive presentations also catered to visitors of all ages. Excellent!

Visited during the off-peak season before the Chinese 5/1 holidays so it was fairly empty. In fact, aside from a few scenic spots filled with photographers, the broader park was a bit of a sad ghost town.. perhaps it’s pricey for local standards, but makes for an enjoyable sunset stroll. There is a flagship night show that requires extra tickets/payments, but we only learned about it there.
The entire park is beautifully landscaped, offering stunning views both during the day and at night. Many beautiful women, all wearing stunning makeup, come to take photos, adding to the beauty of the Tang Paradise. Evening performances are available, so be sure to book tickets in advance during peak season. Watching a performance on Chuanshan Mountain is a truly unique experience.
