Zhangjiajie is very large, so it's recommended to allocate three days to avoid feeling rushed. Tianmen Mountain, Bailong Elevator, Grand Canyon, and Yuanjiajie are all must-see attractions. Along the way, you can admire the unique peaks and strange rocks, totaling more than 3,000, earning it the reputation of "three thousand strange peaks and eight hundred beautiful streams".
Zhangjiajie is beautiful. We hired a guide, and the journey to the mountaintop was smooth. We saw stunning scenery and felt like we were in an Avatar world. It was wonderful, thank you!

This trip with my husband and daughter wouldn't be complete without visiting this iconic landmark, so I went early in the morning. It wasn't too crowded since it was early; there were quite a few elderly people there because it's the Double Ninth Festival and admission is free. There's also a great spot for taking photos.
A very nice scenic spot. The poem "An old friend bids farewell to the Yellow Crane Tower, heading down to Yangzhou in the third month of spring" perfectly describes the trip from Yangzhou to Wuhan. It was a great trip, I had a lot of fun, and I'd love to come back again.

Ms. Wang Mengdan's explanation of the Mawangdui exhibits was professional and engaging, detailing historical events in a vivid and detailed manner. She also interacted with us, making the experience highly participatory. Her service was patient and meticulous. Even though the museum was quite crowded, Ms. Wang Mengdan adjusted the order of the exhibits according to the actual situation and shared additional photos. Overall, the experience was quite relaxed, and the hour and a half passed quickly.
The explanation was superb! The two and a half hours were perfect, and the guide's explanation ranked among the top three I've ever seen at provincial museums. Not only was the explanation detailed and interesting, but it also took into account the physical condition of elderly people. I have already recommended Wang Runan, the guide, to my friends!

A large park around the river. In addition to enjoying the breeze by the river, you can also see the large statue of Mao Zedong! It's a long way to get in from the subway, and the round trip bus cost 40 yuan, which is not cost-effective! I can only say that if you have nothing to do and have time, it's okay to take a walk if you like to exercise.
The night view is stunning. The light show makes it look bustling and prosperous.
We took the train. It wasn't crowded. Most people went to see the giant statue of Chairman Mao.
We enjoyed the breeze from the Xiang River. The view was also expansive.
It's a shame our stay was short. We didn't get to see every scene in detail.

There was practically no service to speak of. The two uncles checking tickets and guarding the gate knew everyone was a tourist, yet they insisted on serving in their local dialect (I needed assistance with my ID card error at the entrance). The night view was more beautiful than the daytime view, and the entrance was full of young women taking photos. This building was a later construction, not a reconstruction on the original site, but the animation and story film designs were quite good; I bought some fridge magnets.
Upstairs, there's a video of Du Fu's poem "Meeting Li Guinian Again in Jiangnan," which brought me to tears. "Often seen at Prince Qi's residence, heard many times before Cui Jiu's hall. It is indeed a beautiful scene in Jiangnan, meeting you again in the season of falling flowers." Ultimately, he died far from home, never returning to his native soil. Du Fu, a poet saint for all time, dedicated his life to his country and its people!

The service at Orange Hotel (Tianmen Mountain Cableway Branch) during my stay was exceptionally attentive. The front desk staff, Xiao Deng and his colleagues, were professional, enthusiastic, and very friendly to guests. The hotel's location is excellent, right near the Tianmen Mountain Cableway, making it very convenient for getting around. The hotel's Wi-Fi signal was strong, and the hotel cleanliness and bedding were impeccable. I was also very satisfied with the room service, making my stay safe and comfortable. Highly recommended!
