Sizzling Summer at the Taj Mahal 🕌
Visiting the Taj Mahal in the height of summer (May) was an unforgettable adventure, but boy, was it hot! Located on the outskirts of the city of Agra, we got a private driver from our hotel to bring us on the 3 hour journey (one-way) to the Taj Mahal from Delhi. It sure was a long ride but as one of the iconic landmarks in India, we could not miss it for the world.
The summer sun beat down mercilessly on us as we explored the majestic marble wonder. The scorching heat really made it difficult to fully appreciate the mesmerising beauty of the Taj Mahal. We sought refuge in the shade whenever we could, but the heat was relentless.
Nonetheless, I was left in awe by the intricate details and symmetrical design. Seeing such an iconic symbol of love and architecture was worth it. I'll always remember the shimmering white dome against the blue sky and the feeling of wonder it inspired, even amidst the sweltering summer heat.

To me, Hong Kong is a melting pot of culture, outdoors, nightlife, food and history! I want to travel to Hong Kong to visit Lan Kwai Fong, Golden Bauhinia Square, Victoria Harbour, take a ride on the historic trams and...so much more!
If you are a fan of Mughal architecture, the Taj is a must go, even if you’re not a fan of crowds or typical tourist attractions. There’s just something magical about seeing all that white marble in person, you will marvel at how well-constructed it looks.
We thoroughly enjoyed our trip to the Taj Mahal which really goes without saying. Word of advice which many people will tell you is to go early in the morning to beat the majority of the crowds, we went around 06:30 which also meant we got to seen the sunrise over the Taj Mahal.
beautiful wonders of the world must visit in agrait's a long walk from the entrance be prepared wear comfy shoes and take water.
Taj Mahal is beautiful! But be really, really careful of the scams1. Make sure you view the sunset at Mehtab Bagh and sunrise. The Taj Mahal view is mesmerizing! 2. The hotels are not the best (esp if you might be disappointed if you come from Jaipur or Delhi). The service might not be great. So pl keep your expectations low. 3.Scams. Everywhere. Be really careful. Here are some scams I came across: a. Tour guide scams: There will be people trying to sell guide services in front of Taj Mahal. Just ignore and walk away from them. Check if they are a proper government tour guide (which they fake again). Best would be to Ignore. b. People might stop you and try to sell souvenirs. Ignore and continue moving. They are 2 to 3x overpriced at the least and foreigners tend to do impulse buying when in front of Taj Mahal. You can get it in airports or government registered shops. c. Taj Mahal photographers:Don't deal with them. They try to make impulse buying by saying you come to Taj Mahal only once.
Taj Mahal-One of my best trips. It’s in Northern side of India, and obviously for the location you can simply type Taj mahal in maps.🙃what attracts the most here is the building of marbles. when you go inside the white colour building Taj mahal (called for a tombstone of Mumtaz couple) you may not find any bulb or lamp post..because, the walls of building it self illuminate in night absorbing outside moonlight.. and believe me, there’s not just white colour, but also so many decorative colours like orange, blue, green, red, yellow etc.simply in a full moon night, inside the tombstone is lit up like an Indian festival..❣️definitely never miss your phone to click this epic view..
