Since November 1, 2019, a new observation deck "Shibuya Sky" has been opened. This site is the largest in Japan by area on 45, 46 floors and on the roof of the Shibuya Scramble Square building, whose height is about 230 meters, consists of three zones: "SKY GATE", a space for lifting, including an elevator, "SKY STAGE" a space on the roof and "SKY GALLERY" an internal corridor for observation. At Shibuya Sky, the view changes in each zone, and guests can enjoy panoramic views of Tokyo, Mount Fuji and the Tokyo Sky Tree. The ascent starts from the 14th floor, and the "TRANSITION POD" elevator takes guests to the 45th floor, to the roof, using images and three-dimensional sound that correspond to the speed and gravity of the ascent. The "heavenly stage", which is completely open, gives a feeling of complete unification with the sky. From above you can look down at the intersection, which is the symbol of Shibuya, and in the air hammocks you can lie down and look at the sky. In "GEO COMPASS" you can enjoy a 360° panoramic view from the highest point of "Shibuya Sky". The internal viewing corridor "Sky Gallery" will provide interactive content combining the viewing experience and the play of the space. "TIME RIVER" is a system in which images are projected onto 10 4K70-inch displays and change when you touch them. "DATA SCAPE-Data Scenery-" shows Shibuya at the moment, combining an image that visualizes data with an LED display measuring about 30 square meters. Paradise Lounge, a new form of transit shared office, is a music bar. The interior design was designed by British designer Tom Dixon and a team of masters of design innovation. Tomoyuki Tanaka oversees the selection of music, the display of images that play a great role in the perception of a new space. In the small lounge, you can enjoy Tokyo-style French fries from chef Atsushi Hasegawa.

Visiting Tokyo Tower was an unforgettable experience. The panoramic views from the observation deck were breathtaking, offering a stunning perspective of Tokyo's sprawling cityscape. The blend of modern skyscrapers and historic landmarks was mesmerizing, and the tower itself, with its iconic design, felt like a gateway to Tokyo's vibrant energy. Overall, it was a must-visit for anyone exploring Tokyo, providing both a cultural insight and a spectacular visual treat 🌟

I only managed to shop at Uniqlo and GU when I was at Ginza but I stumbled a small delicious ramen stall (there’re only 5 seats) named らーめん一郎 🍜

In April 2015, the first time in Osaka, Nara, and Tokyo, Japan, I came to Tokyo Shinjuku to check in. I came to Japan for free many times before the epidemic, but I didn't check in here. After the epidemic, I came to Japan for free again and punched in Shinjuku again. Centennial store Isetan Department Store.

Visiting this area during spring time was incredible. It had some of the best cherry blossoms in the streets that I saw throughout Tokyo. Even without the blossom it was a beautiful area with pretty parks, museums and malls

A beautiful sight of Japanese traditional art and culture. Right outside is the famous Harajuku area, so it makes for an interesting two-sided experience.
