A real gem of a museum
Very rich collection of fossils from the area. Some items are really impressive with beautifully "preserved" specimens. No dinosaurs, but a lot of smaller creatures and flora.
Good Science Lesson for Kids
I have a 9 year old son who loves dinosaurs, so this was right up his alley. We spent about an hour perusing the museum and reading all about the various fish fossils. The museum was two floors, but ...
