Adelaide National War Memorial National War Memorial, Adelaide is located at the corner of Adelaide North Street North Terrace and Jintuoer Avenue Kintore Ave , between the Governor's Office of South Australia and the State Library. The National War Memorial was built in 1931 to commemorate South Australian soldiers who died in World War I. She is a monument to world peace, and in World War I, few families in South Australia have escaped the effects of the death or injury of their loved ones. According to incomplete statistics, nearly 35,000 South Australians were recruited at the time (of which 5,511 were killed and 15,000 were injured in the male population aged 18 to 44). These include indigenous South Australians who have volunteered for military service despite discrimination in their country of birth. Australians are still very patriotic. Like this kind of monument, not to mention in the state capital, you can see it in a local area. The monument in a small place is to commemorate the victims of the country in this area, which is quite practical. Adelaide has a very diverse Chinatown which is mostly alive in weekend and evenings. There was many range of foods, from Chinese to Korean BBQ and Japanese sushi. When you are walking in the street there are many milk tea shops as well to enjoy your walk.
