From Yukihashi, head south on National Highway 10, and on the left side of entering Tsukikami Town, there is a "park where you can see the castle base". That is "Matsubara Observatory Square". This park is right next to the Air Self-Defense Force Castle Base, so you can see the base across the fence from the hill (observatory) of the park.
