Apartments in Badajoz

Booked one night on our way from Portugal to Santander. Great value for this super hotel. Location was perfect, near the river on the main city centre side, just a few minutes walk from the centre with nearby shopping and bars and restaurants. Our room was an upgrade to a larger room with a balcony and view over the park, and well worth it. The room was spotlessly clean, modern and spacious, with a kettle for tea and coffee, a very useful mini bar fridge and a super bathroom with a great shower. We used the on-line check in option to upload our ID docs, so our check in at arrival was quick and easy. Reception staff were very friendly and courteous, confirming that the parking on the street nearby was perfectly safe in this quiet area of town. All in all I would highly recommend this hotel.

The location is outside the city and is suitable for driving. The hotel facilities are relatively new, the rooms are large, and the bathroom is particularly spacious and comfortable. The rooftop restaurant has a good view. The ** machine on the first floor is very new.

We, a couple with 4-year child, made this reservation because of the swimming pool. But the swimming pool opens 11h30am and the check-out time is 12h00. It makes no sense. The breakfast staff (not inside the hotel) took 1 hour to complete. They were very busy with many costumers. The room was clean.

Great hotel, walking distance to everything. Friendly and helpful staff. The old town is not as nice FYI. The city has nicer areas for dinning and shopping. Great breakfast and pool area. Room is clean, modern and spacious. Parking is on-site if you organize it with time.

We arrived and there was no staff at reception, a number of people were waiting,one lady was phoning the hotel but still no one one came, waiting about 25 minutes. Eventually a man came out looking flustered, but didn't apologise for keeping us waiting. The room was very clean, had everything we needed but the bed was uncomfortable and it wasn't a good night sleep. Parking was great, location was good. Didn't eat there, we paid 4€ for a glass of wine which was expensive in comparison to other similar hotels that we had stayed in on our journey

The truth that the hotel very well, almost every day cleaned our room, gave us towels for everything, dryer, coats ... everything very well and the staff very great Also we had a joint dining room, with microwaves, The hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable. I would certainly choose this hotel again when I go back to Badajoz
