The room is huge and comes with a kitchen and living area. They have all the utensils and equipments if you want to cook. Came here during autumn so can't comment on the convenience of travelling to the skiing spot. The parking garage is under the building so it was convenient.

The room is quite large, and the kitchen and laundry facilities are very complete. I can't book a restaurant and I'm too lazy to run out. I just buy some food from Lawson across the street and go back to the room, which is very convenient. Although it is not directly in and out of the hotel, it is convenient to have its own ski shop. The shuttle bus leaves every 20 minutes and is very close to the ski resort. It is highly recommended.

I would like to share a few words with you about our feeling of coming back to your Park Hyatt Hanazono hotel from 29/3/2024 to 3/4/2024. We are beginners of skiing, therefore, our first choice is a ski-in and ski-out hotel. Therefore, last year we came to your hotel and we came back again for further improvement of our skiing. We travelled a long way from the airport to your hotel for almost over 3 hours. However, we didn't receive a warm welcome from your hotel by the time we got out of our car. By the time we checked-in, the handling time took much longer than I expected, maybe we all felt tired after long travelling and wanted to go up to our room. Another guest who was sitting next to me seemed to complain about your service to another staff.. When we arrived at our room, only 3 mandarins were put on the table to welcome us but they did not look very attractive. Next morning, the breakfast was as good as last year, because nothing more had changed. But again, not very welcoming. Our dishes were piling up on the table long before they were taken away. That was not the case last year. We asked guest service to fold up the sofa bed as we wanted it to be more spacious. However, I called several to get it done when we came back from skiing in the evening. But we clearly said we could do it when we were out in the daytime. We booked 2 adults and 1 child, however, we could only find 3 adult clothes for onsen. We called guest service to provide us with child cloth for onsen. However, after tidying up, they provided us with another 3 sets of clothes for onsen again. So, my daughter wore oversized clothes to the onsen. It was not like this when we first came here last year. Luckily, on the third day, we met a new and young manager during breakfast, we received a warm welcoming smile for the first time. We chatted for a while and my daughter felt happy with him. Last year, my daughter made some friends here with your staff and learnt some Japanese from your staff. That made her like the Japanese culture and language. Ironically, after folding up the sofa bed, they mistakenly mixed up my daughter white colored soft toy - cinnamoroll - with the bed sheets for the laundry. Luckily, maybe with the help of the young guy, we found it back. My daughter was so delighted, thanks for all your efforts, but however, the soft toy had been shrunk by the laundry machine. The inner tubing was one of our favors in Park Hyatt Hotel, however, it looked obscenity and did not match with the natural scenery and the well-designed architecture surroundings at all. It looked like a facility in a developing country. Next Easter holiday was a late holiday, maybe no more snow for skiing. Originally we had planned to come again with whole families of six for skiing. Maybe it is high time for us to look for another ski-in ski-out hotel, though I have promised the young guy to meet him next year.

The hotel is very new and in a good location. It takes only 2 minutes to walk to the Garden Ski Resort. The room layout is very good and clean. I like it very much! The hot spring, dry steam room, and shower room are very thoughtfully designed! There are not many choices for food, but the taste is good. It is recommended to have more choices. There are two male service staff who can speak Chinese at the front desk who helped me a lot. Thank you very much! The restaurant service staff is also very patient. I like this hotel very much and will come again next year! Another suggestion is to put two bottles of water in the room every day, haha

To be honest, Shancui still needs to be a bit more upscale in all aspects. My feeling when staying at Muwa this time is that the location is really good, which is the biggest advantage. Since the public parking lot in Niskeo does not allow private cars to stay overnight, I had to park back to the hotel. At that time, the front desk of Shancui told me that the parking fee was originally 5,000 yen per night, but if you find it convenient , drive out and park in public areas during the day, and drive back and park at the hotel at night, without paying parking fees. Although the price is not more than 5,000, Shancui makes me feel very comfortable. But this time at muwa, not only was the parking fee not waived, of course I didn't ask for it, but every time I drove back to the hotel, the receptionist at the gate watched your car like a thief, where you parked it, and even chased you You have to hand over the keys to him because they have valet parking, which actually feels like a fee to me. This made me very uncomfortable. I had the same feeling almost every day when I drove back to the hotel and parked my car. In the end, I stayed for more than 10 days. My summary of my feelings is that it is a little disappointing because it is such a good location and has a better check-in experience.

The room I stayed in faced Mount Yotei and the other room faced the birch forest in the ski resort. The scenery was great. The sanitation was in place. One day, they helped me wash the cups in the sink. The details were also very clean. The design style of the hotel is also very pleasing. The whole is dark. When it snows, the patio in the middle is particularly beautiful. Then during the day, when you open the curtains, the outside is white and the light reflected into the house is also very soft. Because the color tone of the room is gray and warm gray, the only thing is that the lighting does not feel bright enough at night. When cooking and eating in the room, the light does not feel sufficient. Although the breakfast is similar every day, each category has high quality. I stayed for five consecutive days and did not get tired of it. Bread and butter can still be eaten. The biggest feature of the hotel should be the service. 24-hour Chinese, and there is a free shuttle bus that only needs to be booked one day in advance to go to the two supermarkets in the town. The restaurants nearby are very delicious. One day I wanted to go to the little red dot to buy stickers. Uber couldn't get a taxi at all, so I asked the hotel to help call a taxi. It's a flat rate, 300 RMB for a 3km round trip, so it's so convenient that the hotel provides free car service.

Even if the decoration is very modern, most of them are Europeans and Americans, the rooms are spacious and beautiful, and the appliances are complete. The kitchen appliances are all miele, please. There is a place for renting skis and clothing in the lobby of the hotel. You can go to the Hirafu Ski Resort directly by renting the elevator. A full set of equipment costs about 15,000 yen a day, according to Xiaohongshu, it is cheaper than snow. Most of the waiters are European and American, English is very good. The hotel has cars to Kutchan JR Station and lucky supermarket. It is very convenient for the family to cook. like

The room is a comfortable size for 4 adults. But you have to take turns unpacking your bags. The location is ok. There are restaurants within walking distance near the accommodation. And then there's the hotel's shabu and grill buffet, a bit Chinese in style. (The hotel offers discounts.) There should be a Chinese person in charge. When checking in, it's a bit confusing because it's a self check-in. In front of the hotel is a staircase. You have to walk down from the road about 5-6 up.

I went to Niseko to ski with my groom, but this hostel was definitely the best! The breakfast was delicious and close to the ski resort, especially the hot springs were so clean and spacious! If you apply in advance, you can enjoy private hot springs, so it would be great if you come with your family and lover! Private hot springs are also about 20,000 won, so it's a great value for money!
