We had a business trip to Bentonville, and were searching for a place that could house our 80-90 employees for over a week. This hotel was extremely accommodating and worked with us to get the best rates and as many rooms as possible for the large number of people. They helped us change rooms numbers and made check-in of each person very easy. The front desk staff was helpful anytime we needed to make any changes and understanding of our needs at any moment. Highly Recommend!

Given the reputation of the 21C Hotels, we were expecting a much nicer, much more comfortable experience. I do want to say that the hotel staff was very friendly and very nice although other than check-in, we did not really have a reason to interact with them. The oddest thing about this hotel is that there is no place to park! You cannot drive up to the front entrance to unload luggage. There is a city parking structure behind the hotel but there is no direct entrance from the parking into the hotel so one has to walk around the block just to get back to the front door. One of the staff came out to help with our luggage (while we were parked on the street) and the poor guy had to literally lift the luggage cart from the street onto the sidewalk because there isn’t even a sloping handicap portion of the curb to roll the luggage cart. The management needs to re-vamp its website to state clearly that when you book a “bed and breakfast” package you are not really getting that—-breakfast is not served Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday and the grab and go breakfast—which is available to anyone staying there—consists of some apples and granola bars. Not impressive. Breakfast is served on Thursday and Friday with brunch on Saturday and Sunday. The website should state exactly what one is getting and it does not. The hotel, despite its few art installations, is cold and austere looking and feeling. Our room was oddly shaped and badly designed with random floor lamps which provided almost no light and a large entry hall with no lights at all. There was one very uncomfortable chair and one table placed next to a chaise lounge which was pushed up against a cold floor to ceiling group of windows. There were no comfortable chairs in which to sit to do computer work at the table. And the beds were also uncomfortable with lumpy hard pillows. The hotel looked clean and our room and bathroom were clean and we truly appreciated the mask mandate. We had planned to stay a few nights, but because the beds were so uncomfortable and the room so dark, we checked out the next day and went to another hotel.

Has an indoor pool and friendly staff . good place to take the family.

This hotel was top notch clean and comfortable, i've had hit and miss stays with Best Western, but this one compared to the better properties i've stayed at before. ABSOLUTELY no complaints and I would gladly stay here again, fair price for the room also!

Fairly new property, so everything is in good shape. Nice sized room, we had two queens. 24 hour coffee, tea in lobby. Nice pool. Common area for breakfast was nicely arranged. Breakfast choices are arranged on a round surface rather central to the space. Fresh fruit, energy bars,cereal, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, bagels, mini muffins,etc. Beverage station had juices, coffee, hot water, cold water, etc. Also had hot breakfast sandwiches and mini egg white omelettes (delish). A bit pricier than I thought it should be. Had a workout room. Nice machines, but a bit too warm in there to stay for anything length of time. Lots of other hotels in the same vicinity, so lots of choices if you want to watch your budget. Ample parking.on a very busy street, so getting in and out of the property can be challenging.

The hotel is good overall, the breakfast is very good, with rich variety and freshly made. It is highly recommended. The room has no peculiar smell and the decoration is simple and stylish, which is the hotel style I like.

We stayed for two weeks extended stay. Check-in was flawless. Housekeeping insured we had everything we needed and never hesitated to get us anything we requested. The morning breakfast was extensive and fresh everyday. Front desk staff offered us a cool bottle of water each time we arrived at the end of our busy day. Friendly and excellent service all around. The hotel is a bit tired but everything is functioning and clean. The gym is well equipped and in perfect condition. One of the best gyms I have used in my extensive travels. The smooth operation is due to the leadership of the General Manager Brent Hageman. He runs the hotel like home-away-from-home and treats his staff like family resulting in a very upbeat and friendly atmosphere. The Front Office Manager, Kristin Manibusan was very helpful including helping me get my Uber app up and running! This is our second stay but will not be our last. When you travel and know what to expect in advance, it takes away a lot of stress. Thank you to Brent, Kristin and the entire team.
