Strategic location in the city center. Near many amenities, restaurants, shops/malls, and tourist attractions, reachable even by bus (you'll need to buy and use a bus card, though). The one-bedroom apartment is big and spacious; however, the furniture and toilet are a bit old but still serve their purpose. It has a complete kitchen with all cutlery, etc., and a washing machine (washing liquid not provided, though). The toilet had a bathtub, which was not convenient for showering. The bed was good, comfy, and I had an excellent sleep after a tiring day. I booked the apartment for 4 days and 3 nights with breakfast, and this was the only drawback: the breakfast was provided by an external party, only one type of continental breakfast, cold, and without any drink (either cold or hot). I complained to the hotel but was advised to liaise with Trip.com. Trip.com did their very best, and communication was excellent; even though it was not completely resolved, I was satisfied with the final outcome. The hotel communication was good and cooperative. They even helped me with bus card. My suggestion to future travelers is not to take the breakfast option.

The hotel sales staff and the front desk on the morning of check-in had such terrible service that I wondered if they were looking for other jobs and preparing to jump ship, which is why their attitude was so bad. This is my first time booking an international hotel on Ctrip, and I was genuinely shocked by the poor service. I just want to say, Abu Dhabi doesn't have many tourists you can afford to offend right now. I still give 5 stars for cleanliness because the housekeeping team really does a thorough job. And the front desk staff during the actual check-in later even upgraded me to a two-bedroom apartment, which was quite good. But, as I said, the front desk staff who answered the phone that morning when I called to ask about early check-in, and the hotel sales staff... Their service was so bad, and yet they still have jobs? Interesting. This place is really 'interesting'.

I stayed here with my son. I needed an apartment close to Sheikh Zayed Stadium, preferably within walking distance (though I ended up taking taxis, it was only a 10-minute ride and 25 dirhams, which was fine). We arrived late in the evening and had to carry our own suitcases. The hotel is undergoing renovations. Our room was on the 1st floor (the one after the 'ground' floor). The fridge door was dirty, but the cleaning staff wiped it down that same evening. They provided bedding for my son, who slept on the sofa in the living room. There's no hairdryer, and laundry detergent for the washing machine isn't provided. Dishwasher tablets were given inconsistently (once on their own, another time only after I asked). The dishwasher broke twice. They made up the sofa bed for my son every day. There's no dish soap, sponges, or rags. There is an ironing board and iron. There's a water filter for drinking water, and they provide an additional bottle of drinking water daily. Green and black tea are supplied, but no coffee. Sugar and sugar substitute are provided. Downstairs, there's a good supermarket with a deli. An Americano coffee costs 15 dirhams. There's a large shopping mall about a 40-minute walk straight ahead.

Location/Pros: Within YAS ISLAND, getting a taxi is very convenient and everything is close by. Location/Cons: No view outside the window, only a construction site. Facilities/Pros: Has a washing machine, sofa bed, 2 bathrooms, etc., all very convenient; the sofa bed is large and comfortable. Service/Cons: When booking on Trip.com, I noted that I needed the sofa bed prepared in advance, but it wasn't. I also mentioned this at the front desk, but no one came to set it up promptly. Only after calling from the room again did someone come to make the bed. The front desk staff's attitude was generally rather cold. Value for money/Cons: At a price of about 2500 RMB/night, it didn't include theme park tickets because it was booked through an agency. The booking itself also didn't include breakfast. Overall, the value for money is actually not high; I'd suggest considering other hotels. Breakfast/Cons: The front desk recommended buying breakfast separately, which was apparently 600 AED for 6 people (3 people * 2 days). Breakfast was at the adjacent hotel, with a very high proportion of children, making it noisy and quite messy. Service staff were inefficient or understaffed, leading to overall slow operations. The tables and chairs weren't clean. The breakfast content was also very mediocre.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and professional. Check-in was quick and smooth, and they made me feel valued as a guest. The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully designed. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the room had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. Housekeeping did an excellent job every day. The hotel's facilities were outstanding, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and luxurious. Breakfast offered a great variety of fresh and delicious options, and the service throughout the hotel was consistently excellent. The location was also very convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and transportation. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, quality, and exceptional service. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is located in the exhibition grounds. The cleanliness is excellent, and the service is excellent. As for the location, there's a LuLu supermarket, Costa Coffee, and Starbucks all near the hotel.

The hotel is well positioned for shopping and getting around into the city, beaches and 25 minutes from the airport. The staff are extremely knowledgeable, helpful and friendly, nothing is to much for them. Breakfast is from the restaurant next door, but fresh and delivered to your room if required. The rooms are large and have a sitting room, and a kitchen and the bedroom is a good size with a comfortable bed.

Environment: While the lobby isn't large, the rooms are quite spacious, and the bed is comfortable. It's a good size for a family of three, with an 8-year-old child. There's a bus stop right outside the hotel, where you can transfer to buses to Yas Island and the mosque. Facilities: Those planning to stay should bring their own toothbrushes and conditioner, as the hotel doesn't provide these. Luckily, we brought our own. The breakfast restaurant isn't large, but the quality is relatively decent. My child didn't quite like the food, but breakfast provided a good source of fruit and vitamins for the day! A special note: you need to ask the staff for coffee; I got a latte for three consecutive days, and it was really delicious!! 👏

The location is great, about a 20-minute taxi ride to both the Louvre and the Grand Mosque. It's also right next to Abu Dhabi's main bus station, which is convenient for trips to Dubai. The room was a good size – not too big, not too small. Although the facilities are a bit dated, they were clean, and the area around the hotel was quite quiet. The restaurant downstairs serves delicious food, so if you don't want to venture far, you can just eat there. Just a heads-up: you need to turn on a switch for the hot water, and the hotel doesn't provide slippers or toothbrushes, so remember to bring your own.
