Holiday Apartments in Canton of Zurich, Switzerland

12th floor. The entrance, hallways and the stairs up to the room etc. were a bit run down and dirty looking but inside the apartment was great and incredibly warm and cozy in the majority of the room. I was very cold coming in so that was perfect for me. Only problem was not being able to turn the heat down at night (I didn't find any way to do it at least) and I had to sleep with the window open where trains would come and go very often and people outside on the street yelling random things sometimes at night, so I didn't sleep very well. The heat came from the ceiling in the bedroom. Also had some people arguing on the floor below and some stomping on the floor above around 00:00 to 03:00 but that's not really the hotel's fault because there's no active staff present. Maybe worth noting is that I stayed here the night of a big concert (Slipknot) at Hallenstadion which is close by. I would stay here again if I found a way to turn the heat down at night. Great view from the balcony.

It was a decent stay. Self check in so don’t expect for early check in that’s not possible. 10-15mins walk from Zurich HB train station. Nice location and there’s a coop supermarket ground floor.

Great location and close to Oerlikon train station. The apartment is spacious and equipped with a kitchen. The apartment even has a small balcony. Perfect for staying overnight before a flight or for a day or two of sightseeing in Zurich.

Not bad. I like here cuz I can check-In without staff. It is close to transportation such as trains and shops, making it convenient but It was not clean much and during the day I felt very hot. However I think they have everything for me.

We were being attended to on emails and chats whenever we required. Such a convenient location. Love the studio and was thankfully on 2nd floor. No elevator but other than that everything was great!. The girl Gretta was so sweet and kind. Surely recommend to stay here and will do as well in pur next trip!

交通方便，走到馬路邊就是公交車站，去市中心十幾分鍾就到。馬路對面就有超市。兩室兩廳一廚一衞，客廳梳化床可以睡兩個人，一共可以睡五六個人，我們是四個人入住，分成三個房間，互相就不影響，房子也大。是老房子，地板踩的響，衞生還是不錯的。還給贈送了餅乾，飲料。我們去超市買了菜肉麪包雞蛋奶酪這些自己做早飯和晚飯也挺好，畢竟蘇黎世消費太高了。從馬路走進去曲曲折折有段路，挺安靜的，就是老房子衹有步梯，提了申請後給我們的是二樓。自助入住，通過電子郵件溝通也還方便。 缺點：老房子的衞生間洗浴是浴缸，淋浴也得站在浴缸裏，對老年人來説進去就有點勉為其難了。

I didn’t want to give 1 star but it was really disappointing. Oka, Trip.com didn’t mention that there is AC, so it’s fair that the room didn’t have it but not even a fan and it was extremely hot! There is no trash bin in the room so we had to use our own plastic bags to collect waste. There is no wifi (even though they promised there would be info in the room about it, there wasn’t). The shower has no curtain or wall so water splashed everywhere when taking shower. Nonetheless, it was fine for just sleeping but even with the quite low price considering it’s Zürich, it was not a pleasant experience. Maybe I’m too picky, hence the neutral rating.
