Provided washing machine and dryer room which was very convenient. Room decoration was pretty and facillities is well-equipped. Location is great, having numerous restaurants within walking distances. You can also get early breakast at nearby restaurant which opens at 7 am.

Beppu is an excellent choice. The accommodation is located on the upper floor of a shop. The space is very, very large. The indoor equipment and materials are all high-end goods, and all the necessary facilities for life are available. The industrial style interior decoration does not give you the feeling of staying in a hotel, but rather a home feeling.
If you can only check in after 6 o'clock, remember to ask the boss for the password required for the check-in procedure. This is only the password for entering the store for the first time. There is an iPad on the counter inside. Follow the procedure displayed on the iPad to check in. Then a password to enter your room will be displayed. This password is also the password to enter the store later.
Parking can be done in parking lot 1 or 2 according to the map provided by the store, and there are ample parking spaces.

カプセルホテルとして最低限のパフォーマンス。清潔度に関しては思った以上に良かった。しかし、弱点はプライベート面。部屋の上部は他の部屋と繋がっており、カーテンで仕切られているだけなので声は丸聞こえ。部屋の鍵は内側からしかかけられず、ちょっと部屋から出る場合は鍵がかけられない。その場合は部屋の金庫に貴重品はさ入れるように指示される。

I was worried at first if I could see the parking lot, but I knew it as soon as I went to the site.
I didn't care about noise, especially, and I was able to spend it.

我一家四口入住，地方好大，5間房，好適合家庭入住，同埋多人一齊住，有2個私人溫泉，浴室都有得浸溫泉，環境好舒服，自駕遊車到門口，非常方便，唯一一樣野係差少少，就係榻榻米床墊有污跡，雙人床被鋪都乾淨，洗衣機有埋乾衣功能非常好，揸車去由布院幾分鐘，下次再嚟會再住呢度！very nice.

全般的にはとても良かったと思います。JRの駅に近く、周りには温泉も複数あり、スーパーや飲食店にも徒歩圏内です。卓上ミラーを誤って落として片側を割ってしまいました。すいません。代わりになるものを１００円ショップで購入しておきました。機能的には劣るかもしれませんが、お使いいただければと。
２点、改善いただきたい点があります。
1. エアコンの掃除をした方が良いです。中の熱交換器が埃に覆われているため、効率が悪いです。掃除することで電気代も下がると思いますし、もっと冷えると思います。
2. 長期滞在なのにゴミの無料回収が１回のみでした。夏場の暑い時期なので、せめて週に１回は回収していただきたいです。または分別方法、捨てる方法を教えていただければ対応可能ですので、そのあたりは宿泊者や宿泊数に応じて臨機応変に対応いただけると助かります。
以上です。大変お世話になりました。もしまた別府に行く機会があれば、利用したいと思います。ありがとうございました。

JJo TanPros: Stayed at Room 203 meant for 5 person… Spacious and comfortable room! Had a window too!
Good soundproofing between rooms. Only could hear passing by of trains while awake, so wasn’t a big an issue to us.
TV has YouTube and Netflix to watch!
Cons: No lift!!! We had to carry our heavy & big luggages to the 2nd floor! *Should indicate shortage of this important facility in the booking system!
Only 2 parking spaces for 7 units. *Should also indicate in the booking system that parking spaces are first come first served and have to park at nearby paying car parks if both were being taken up.
Will be nice to provide some garbage bags in the room as clearing of food waste from the room was definitely necessary during the many days of our stay!
Dining table (super wobbly and one side of the table legs seemed like giving away very soon) needs to changed/repaired instantly!

GGuest UserWhen I arrived the hotel, the two parking lots on the right side of the entrance were occupied but the one on the left side was still vacant. So I temporarily parked there to unload my luggage and then drove away to a nearby public paid carpark. However when I came back, I found the parking space was occupied by a rental car with a Fukuoka license plate and it parked there for the whole night.
The instruction sent to us clear said the customer can only use the two parking lots on the right side with “first come first serve” principle. I am wondering what is the left parking space used for? If it is only used for unloading and pickup, then the instruction should clearly mention it. Otherwise it is not fair for the customers that followed the rules and parked their cars to somewhere else.

After booking, you'll receive instructions on how to get to the hotel, which are quite clear during the day. The roads are quite narrow, making it difficult for large vehicles to drive.
The space is very spacious! There's also an outdoor hot spring to soak in! It's great, and the kids had a lot of fun.
It's only about a 5-minute walk from Kinrin Lake via a side path; the location is fantastic.

GGuest UserDidnt receive any email from the hotel prior to arrival and stayed outside of this servised apartment for more than half an hour trying to contact the hotel. Staff English level is worrying, spent more than 20 minutes just to get them to have my email address to send me an email of the check in code. Other than that, the room is very spacious and clean, with heating and clothing drying function ij the bathroom is very handy when travelling with small kids.

AAnonymous UserThis time it was a parent-child self-driving tour, because the homestay only had mobile phone contact numbers, the car gps could not be located, it was already dark nearby, and there were many homestays with the same appearance nearby, which took a while to find.
The homestay is a little depreciated, but the sanitary facilities are OK, the sound insulation is poor, this time I stayed underground, and I heard it clearly when I walked upstairs.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel is new and the rooms are large, perfect for families. Everything is very clean and modern, so we were very satisfied. The only downside is that there's no elevator, so you have to carry your luggage yourself. There's a big supermarket nearby, and if you're driving, you can park in the paid parking lot right outside the supermarket, which has reasonable rates.

I made a call while writing a phone bill, but someone who can only speak Japanese received a call. It was too uncomfortable to know the password. I didn't know how to connect to Wi-Fi.
