Pros: Stayed at Room 203 meant for 5 person… Spacious and comfortable room! Had a window too! Good soundproofing between rooms. Only could hear passing by of trains while awake, so wasn’t a big an issue to us. TV has YouTube and Netflix to watch! Cons: No lift!!! We had to carry our heavy & big luggages to the 2nd floor! *Should indicate shortage of this important facility in the booking system! Only 2 parking spaces for 7 units. *Should also indicate in the booking system that parking spaces are first come first served and have to park at nearby paying car parks if both were being taken up. Will be nice to provide some garbage bags in the room as clearing of food waste from the room was definitely necessary during the many days of our stay! Dining table (super wobbly and one side of the table legs seemed like giving away very soon) needs to changed/repaired instantly!

The location is convenient, there is a supermarket just outside the door, and there are enough fruits and food, and it stays at night. There are many places to eat nearby. The back street is the ”Youyong Bakery” shop, and the location is quiet. The room facilities are well maintained, the air conditioner is cold enough, and the rooms are spacious. There is enough space for children to move around in the earthen room. I like the Zhangtai the most. It is no problem to have a big meal and play toys with the children 👍🏻, and it is equipped with a kitchen Very suitable for families with children. Cleaning was done very well. It is recommended to improve the following two issues: 1. The soundproofing is really poor. It’s noisy even when walking upstairs at night. 2. Self-service check-in service. No relevant information is received before arrival, and there is no way to contact hotel staff. Fortunately, I immediately contacted Trip.com and it was resolved quickly. I hope this situation can be improved.

The second stop of the trip to Kitakyushu in Japan came to the Grand Bese Beppu Hotel (Grand Base Beppu). The hotel is about 700m from Beppu Station and within walking distance. The hotel is apartment-type, with a full set of kitchen equipment, washing machine, etc. The room is large, there are three beds, two big and one small, can accommodate 5 people, the toiletries are very simple, there are towels and toothbrushes. The most important thing to say is that this is a completely self-check-in and check-out hotel, no waiter is visible, and the door is closed, there is a password to enter, and the self-check-in window (a video interactive screen) is located inside. The most critical question is, if you book the hotel on Trip.com, should you give me (received) an access code and registration for check-in, and then get a room password after successful registration. However, Trip.com did not give me any passwords and instructions or tips from the beginning to the end (mail/sMS). It was not until I arrived at the door that I found out that this is a fully self-service hotel. I carefully read the English and Japanese instructions at the door and knew that I needed to register. I left a contact number. Under the rogue, I am ready to start the international long-distance contact with the hotel (by the way, if I don’t understand Japanese or English, it’s really annoying). After entering the door, I got the access code and communicated the checkin method after entering the door, and obtained the registration code. Waiting for nearly half an hour. The contact (expended an additional fee of RMB nearly 30 yuan) finally completed the stay of 2 rooms. In this case, it is completely Ctrip's responsibility!

There were some minor problems when checking in. Because I did not receive an email from the hotel, I needed to contact the hotel through trip.com customer service to get the door opening code. It takes 3-4 minutes to walk from Jinlin Lake to the hotel. The location is quite satisfactory. The interior decoration of the hotel is good, and the outdoor hot spring is a must-have. I recommend it to everyone. 

When I first made a booking, this hotel-apartment offered a reasonable price for a 2-night stay for 4 persons. It's located within Beppu station - a 3-minute walking distance. There is no proper shelter during a rainy day, but we found out a shortcut through a sheltered parking lot to avoid raining. Please note that this is an unmanned accommodation, so please make sure that you get all necessary information, such as pin code etc. before areiving. If you manage to do a pre check-in procedure, it would be much easier to complete the whole check-in process. There was no keycard, but they will provide you with two pin codes - one to enter the front door and the other one for your room. This place also doesn't have any elevator, so if you bring some big luggages and get a room on the second floor, please be ready to carry them all! The room we booked came with 3 king beds, so enough to accommodate 6 persons. There was a small kitchen with a decent-sized fridge, a dining table with some benches, a super large smart TV (incl. easy access to Netflix, YouTube etc - but you need to login with your own account), a washing machine (but no drying function), and a very hi-tech bathroom where you can fill up the bath tub automatically and a ventilation to dry up your clothes.

Room: Very nice, big and spacious, three double beds and very comfortable!  Facilities: There are microwave ovens, washing machines, refrigerators, cooking utensils, toothbrushes and towels in the room, washing powder, bathtub   Parking location: There are only 3 parking spaces at the gate Location:  We are traveling by car, so for us, it is also a very good, quiet environment! We like this hotel very much 💕 The only drawback: Since it is a self-service form and there is no staff,  After booking the room before, I did not receive any check-in email from the hotel, which caused me to not enter. I have to call the hotel  Inquiry hotline to ask, which disturbed a round!

The hotel will send me the check-in voucher code again, so I have to wait on the street in the cold weather. Fortunately, I contacted trip.com and the staff responded immediately, but it took me 20-30 minutes to get into the hotel. It was a very bad experience😢😢😢😢

我一家四口入住，地方好大，5間房，好適合家庭入住，同埋多人一齊住，有2個私人溫泉，浴室都有得浸溫泉，環境好舒服，自駕遊車到門口，非常方便，唯一一樣野係差少少，就係榻榻米床墊有污跡，雙人床被鋪都乾淨，洗衣機有埋乾衣功能非常好，揸車去由布院幾分鐘，下次再嚟會再住呢度！very nice.

Very good, very suitable for our group of 5 people, there are places to eat around, the room is very big, fully equipped, cut 1 point when checking in because the passcode does not send, have to call and the service is a bit late. Other than that, it's all good. There is a parking lot as well.

Some people live normally like an apartment hotel! The parking lot is numbered and 3.4.5 can be parked! You need to enter the number to enter the entrance! I didn't know the number, so I called and heard it! And you need a number to enter the room! Maybe the two numbers were written in the email. I don't know, but I've erased my email. and i finally put in the phone again. but check in ipad! here, ID, phone number, precheck in You can choose, you can't enter the phone number. Call again Listen to the ID and enter. The bet is a double bet with 3 wide 々☆ Kitchen supplies are dishes, cups, spoons, forks, chopsticks There was a range and a pot! The bath had shampoo, conditioner, body soap, bath towel and towel. no towels to wash your body. and the rubber packing on the door I couldn't clean it and there was garbage in the corner. The corner of the bath is a little pink. The washing surface has a toothbrush set and hand soap. Washing machine, washing machine, dryer もあり Convenient! but i stopped by the dryer's filter clog. Looking at the filter, it's a bitch! It's layered, so take it and dry it. The toilet has a big dust in the gap of the lid. The toilet bowl was beautiful.
