The counter staff and restaurant service staff were friendly and loved the breakfast. Because I had to leave the hotel before twelve o'clock. Originally, I expected to go to the hotel to put my luggage first, but the service staff immediately helped me sort out the room and allowed me to check in early.

Location is great! Just one block to the old town main street, also near by the river side. The only thing was running water got some issues on the second day we stayed, it caused us troubles and worries, the issue took one whole day to be solved anyway. 

Convenient to go out to the attractions, the hotel is surrounded by supermarkets, there is a park, the environment is quiet, it is more troublesome after check-in, the whole process has to be mailed, if there is a front desk staff.

This is an apartment, not a hotel. Although it is open, spacious and beautiful, it can't stop what I have to complain about. Self-check-in may face major problems: From 8 am to 4 pm, the front desk is working hours. If you can't check in during someone's time period, you can apply for your room card by yourself at the self-service machine next to the front desk. The confirmation letter sent by the hotel has a confirmation code. After entering it on the machine, follow the guidelines and keep operating. The first time the machine spit out four room cards for me, I couldn't open the room door at all. The second time I re-operated, the machine came out eight room cards for me, and each one was invalid. Then the customer service operated remotely, changed the room, and the machine spit three cards again, which was still invalid. Finally, I waited until the manual, and used his card for me before successfully checking in. The whole process was still a Polish couple who helped me keep calling the customer service and communicated. It took nearly an hour to get it done. Among them, his wife works in this building, and it is also said that some people often encounter difficulties checking in. If it is not without their help, it is difficult. When they say that they call the customer service, they don't hear the English guidance. They are all Polish. They don't understand Polish. They don't know which key to transfer to the manual customer service. Later, the staff sent me a new room card and apologized to me. I said that the problem was very serious, and it took so long to delay the couple and the mood was very bad. The staff said that they could help me provide free breakfast. I had bought breakfast in advance and asked them to discount as compensation. They said there was no compensation. Maybe next time you book, you can apply for a discount. No more, I will never book this apartment again. Checkout at 11 am and put the line in the hotel, but they went to work until four o'clock. I said that I might have to come back to pick up my luggage at five or six o'clock. Is there any other solution to solve it? They put my luggage in another room alone, left me a phone number, called them when they came back to pick up the luggage, and they opened the door remotely. Back to the hotel at five o'clock, the door was open, I saw the computer bag was opened, and when I checked, the computer was still there. If you cannot check in and leave during their working hours, please choose carefully.

Everything was great except the heater and hot water. Heater didn’t work and there was few hot water from bath tap…

Pierwsze co: sufit jest na poziomie jakichś 170 cm chyba, bo mamy po 2m i musieliśmy chodzić przykuleni. Jest tylko wąskie miejsce gdzie da się stanąć i wyprostować. Poza tym okna wypadają - tylko jedno się dobrze trzyma na zawiasach, ale za to trzeba się siłować z klamką. Klimatyzacja - byliśmy ugotowani nawet jeszcze po kilku godzinach od zadania temperatury do 20°C (a za oknem było około 15). Potem znowu obudziło mnie zimno - a kołdra wąziutka, nie bardzo dla szerszej osoby. Poza tym brak jakiejkolwiek szafy. Jeden wieszak, a tak ciuchy i bagaże trzeba przerzucać między stołem, kanapą albo podłogą. Za to raczej czysto i wszystko działa na ok poziomie. Ogólnie byłoby spoko gdyby nie ten sufit utrudniający dosłownie każdą czynność - nie wzięlibyśmy tego miejsca gdybyśmy o tym wiedzieli.
