All Sojourn homes are equipped with noise monitoring devices (decibel readers), your privacy is safe however, noise levels exceeding normal levels are grounds for ending your stay and are strictly enforced. In the event we are notified of any excess noise, music, gathering or parties a Sojourn representative will respond and your reservation will be terminated without refund. Please also note that all Sojourn buildings and homes are equipped with some type of exterior camera that records the exterior and common areas to include all entries to the building. What NOT to Flush Down the Toilet or put down drains or in the garbage disposal - If found that these cause plumbing issues Sojourn can and will charge the guest. * Cooking Grease/Food/Coffee grinds should never be poured down any drain, period. ... * Feminine Products. Tampons and other feminine hygiene products are not supposed to be flushed down the toilet. * Baby Wipes/Wet Wipes/Cleaning Pads * Dental Floss * Q-tips/Cotton Balls * Diapers * Pills * Paper Towels/Tissues *Coffee grounds 3) If you are booking a flat that allows pets the pet fee is $75 per pet per week. This only applies to pet friendly listings. 4) We are happy to provide both a Pack and Play and/or high chair. These must be reserved in advance and a $25 rental fee will be charged. 5) If you are booking a flat in Washington DC, we have several parking options. Please inquire about advanced parking pass or parking space reservations.
