Everything was fine, both at the time of picking up the vehicle and upon returning it. The car was in good condition, although it had a small dent on one side (take a video of the entire car before moving it). It also had almost 18,000 kilometers on the clock, but no problems.

Fantastic. Very helpful collection process with great information for driving in Canada and the USA. Car was fairly easily accessible in a large underground car park. Car was clean inside and out and perfectly functional. We drove for just under 1000 miles around Canada and the USA without any issues or concern with the vehicle. We had an incredible time and the car played a huge part in that. Drop-off was a little confusing but only because of our one-way rental we had not prior visited the office. Highly recommend, will always be first choice anywhere in the World.

I paid the full 546,934 won for this reservation in Korea and went to Canada. However, I rented the car for one more day than originally scheduled and was told I could have one more driver, so I opened my card and decided to pay later. They didn't send me a separate receipt, but when I checked the credit card company's website, the amount due was 763,722 won. Is this the correct amount? I prepaid 540,000 won for a three-day rental, but will the additional 760,000 won be charged for extending the rental by one day? Please send me the correct receipt and confirm the amount.
