This was our first time renting with Kuma, and their airport delivery service made the pickup process incredibly convenient. Although we originally booked a Serena, they provided a Noah, which is a similar model.
Upon delivery, the staff honestly informed us that the car might make some unusual noises. They explained that while they had inspected it and hadn't found the exact cause yet, it was safe to drive. We did hear the noise during our trip, but I really appreciated their honesty in letting us know upfront; it showed great integrity.
During the trip, I noticed an issue with the folding side mirrors and kept them updated. Overall, the car ran smoothly for the full seven days. For the return, they checked the exterior and fuel level, then calculated the tolls. The entire service was seamless and convenient—definitely highly recommended!

The car rental was convenient, with both pick-up and drop-off points located at the same spot in Terminal 1. I received a WhatsApp notification before my pick-up time. I originally booked a gasoline car, but upgraded to a hybrid, and I'm very satisfied. They also provided free ETC cards, which was a thoughtful touch, and printed the ETC receipt immediately upon return. The rental fee was also very affordable; eight days including insurance cost only HK$1,600. The car was clean and in good condition. The car navigation system was only available in Japanese, so I used Google Maps throughout the trip.
