I'm very grateful to the service staff at the Kyoto location for their great assistance despite the language barrier. There were many other people renting cars, and the staff were very polite and welcoming. The rental process took about 15-25 minutes, and they clearly explained all the precautions. The four gas stations where I returned the car with a full tank were also very clearly explained. The car's safety features, including tailgate, cruise control, anti-drift, and satellite navigation, were all fully met. The return process was quick, and the ETC list was clearly provided. I will definitely use this service again next time I'm in Kyoto.

The car was clean and had a lovely, subtle fragrance that I love. The delivery person spoke Chinese and brought the car right to my hotel, which was incredibly convenient. They even gave me an ETC card and a postcard of Kiyomizu-dera Temple – fantastic! I'll definitely choose this car again next time.

the car was well maintain, almost feel like new and very clean, easy pickup and drop off. need to pay extra for etc, and the staff help to set the navigation to english but sometimes it hard to find the place in english. but overall the car is top notch! other than expensive toll and gas, i would definitely rent car here again if i ever come to japan again ❤️
