Service to get car was fantastic. Was a fast and efficient service . Was even upgraded . I received a call before booking to let me know that they would stay open for me as my flight was last one for night then the service was absolutely fantastic when we got there .. was told about linking my link account to cat to avoid toll fees was so easy

Before I considering the rent a car, I read a lot of good and bad reviews. However, I need to rent a car. I was so worry due to some bad experience from others, complicated procedures etc. I’d say, my experience with Trip.com / Avis is pretty good and smooth. I think Avis upgraded the car for me without additional charge. I got a bigger car, the car is new and clean. Easy to get and return the car. Thank you

Got a new Subaru Outback with only 4600km on the dash. Great service though there was only one employee at the check in desk, however it was like 7AM and there were only 3 customers so i guess thats alright (but the person ahead of us took over a century to get her needs met).
