The car was in good condition but when I collected the car, the fuel was showing full tank. Only drove it for less than 10km and it dropped. Seems like it wasn’t totally full tank. The staffs were very friendly both at the collection and drop off points. They were very nice when it comes to answering my questions and helpful too. Was given another model but they had ensured that it was suitable for my requirements.

Excellent car rental agent! I got an upgraded car SUV because the model that I booked was not available at the pick up date. So I got a very big car Nissan x-trail instead of a compact SUV. The reception is on an underground floor of the Geneva railway station. You need to downstairs to their office and pick up the from the parking a steps away which is very convenient. The car is in a very good condition and clean. Also, you can drop off the key at the deposit box when returning the car. I would recommend Dollar (Hertz) to anyone who is looking a rental car in Geneva.
