It was my first time renting a car abroad. The front desk representative explained everything clearly. The car was clean and new. The only caveat is that if you don't purchase their insurance locally, you'll be charged a £2,000 deposit. If you purchase their additional insurance (£130), the deposit is only £200. I figured it was better to avoid a small loss, so I opted for the additional insurance. The car was returned without incident, and the deposit was fully refunded five days after returning it. Overall, it was a good experience.

Check-in was fast and the counter staff were professional. The paperwork process was clear, with no unexpected issues regarding the booking or insurance details.
The car was a clean, modern vehicle in excellent condition. It performed reliably for all my necessary travel around Northern Ireland.
The return process was equally quick and straightforward.

The vehicle was a higher class than I had booked, which was nice, but the pickup and return process at Belfast City Airport was slow and unclear, which left me dissatisfied. Even though I used the car for roughly the same 24 hours as I had booked, I was overcharged. Furthermore, I was told to fill the tank halfway, but it was difficult to fill it exactly halfway, so I ended up paying an additional fee.
