Pickup was really fast with no hassle, for Malaysians only physical driving license, passport & credit card required at the counter. Mr Andrew was really helpful and friendly during the whole process and we had no issues while retrieving the car. Returning the car was also really quick with a general inspection upon returning the keys. Overall a great experience👍🏻
