Shuttle was quick to fetch me from the airport and quick at drop off as well. Pick up process was simple. I showed proof of my credit card insurance and there was no pushing me to take out their insurance. Car was clean and good condition. Overall I was very happy with the rental.

The VW Tiguan is the latest model, however, I could not find the transmission control until searching it for 19 minutes. The staff handed over the key to me and left and closed the pick up store. It was quite stressful due to no instructions were given. Counter staff was great but not the person who handed over the keys to me.

Service from Hertz is absolutely amazing. The deal from trip.com is unbeatable. The pick up location is easy to find. The staff are very helpful. The vehicle given to us was great and we were lucky enough to get an upgrade. There were no hidden charges. Return of the car was smooth and made our journey a lot more enjoyable and relaxed.

The car was in such great condition, almost like new! I was grateful for the free upgrade upon delivery. However, they were very pushy about insurance on site. I had to argue with them until they recommended the insurance they offered. I didn't give up until the very end, but I wasted about 30 minutes of my time in the process, which was a bit disappointing.
