We originally booked a 7-seater, but upon arrival, there were no 7-seater vehicles available. The front desk gave us an 8-seater without extra charge, but we had already purchased full insurance, which probably made the staff at the counter happy. The car was clean, in good condition, and had CarPlay available, making the navigation very convenient. Trip Hertz's online plan already provides full coverage, and the on-site counter adds services like emergency assistance, so they don't ask travelers to purchase any additional insurance.

The car is very new, a Kia mini van. I'm very satisfied with the driving experience and the interior space. The dealership even gave me a free tank of gas, which was very thoughtful. This way, I don't have to worry about how much gas to fill up when we return the car; I just need enough to drive it back to the dealership.

Long queue during pick up in airport as this is festive season so longer time to pick up is reasonable. The model that I requested is not available but they compensate us with a brand new car with 18 miles. Friendly front desk and helpful.
