I came to Yishui Lake in Yi County, Baoding on October 3rd, during the peak period of National Day travel. The long queues reduced the fun of the experience. It is still okay to stroll around on weekdays. I personally think the ticket price is not worth it. Just come once and punch the card

Baishishan, known as &quot;the first of Taihang&quot;, &quot;the first strange mountain in the north&quot; and &quot;the Huangshan in the north&quot;, has a unique landform landscape, cliffs, strange peaks and rocks, and suspended plank roads, which are shocking, and the scenery is not inferior to Huangshan and Zhangjiajie.

This strange mountain is located in Laishui, Baoding, in the temperate continental monsoon climate zone. It has undergone carbonate deposition and the joint shaping of internal and external geological forces, and finally formed the current marble structural peak forest geological landform.

In ancient times, Baishishan was used as the dividing line between Yan and Zhao, and witnessed historical moments such as the division of Yan and Zhao and the confrontation between Liao and Song.

Travel guide:
Drive to the scenic spot by yourself, or take a train to Laiyuan, and then take a bus or taxi to go there.
Travel route: Enter and exit from the east gate, take the cable car up the mountain, hike the large loop, then take the cable car down the mountain, and return to the east gate, about 5 and a half hours.

The Tai Mausoleum is large in scale, showing the royal style; the echo wall of Chang Mausoleum is amazing; the golden nanmu hall of Mu Mausoleum is exquisite; the underground palace of Chong Mausoleum allows people to peek into the world after Emperor Guangxu. The mausoleum area is full of towering ancient pines and fresh air. In the tranquility, you can deeply feel the weight of history and the inheritance of culture, which is intoxicating and worthwhile.

This place is a famous scenic spot in Baoding City. It is similar to a city garden. The place is not big and it can be visited in half an hour. You can learn more about its history and ask the tour guide to explain it. It is not so interesting to see it by yourself.
