Pastry chef Koyama Susumu will be featuring ten chocolate dinosaurs created specifically for this exhibition.
As a child, Koyama was engrossed in playing with insects and clay in nature, and after becoming a pastry chef he learned professionally about the properties of chocolate - how it hardens, melts, and how it briefly becomes clay-like before melting when crushed at high speed - and how to handle it.
However, Koyama says that he was able to create dinosaurs as a pastry chef without any special training, because his body remembers the things he loved, and that everyone has had childhood experiences that they were passionate about and that continue to influence them to the present.
This exhibition will allow visitors to see dinosaurs that Koyama has completed by kneading, as well as the masks he has favored making in recent years.

Besides the real spring water, it felt like a bathhouse in China during the summer, albeit with a more elaborate process. First, change into a bathhouse outfit, then shower, then put on your bathhouse outfit to change into your own clothes before leaving. No rest required, and the same process continued. I was given a key box twice. The cashier was quite quick. The food was reasonably priced.

Very good experience, next time if I go to Kobe, I will go to Arima again, the experience is very good. My skin is smooth after coming back! There are not many people waiting for the door to open in the morning, unlike the domestic bathhouses, which are like dumplings.

As soon as I entered the museum, I was happy to smell the delicious aroma of cacao. I was able to learn more about chocolate from the displays of chocolate packaging and panels explaining its history. It took about an hour to see the whole museum. It made me want to eat some chocolate.
