Tianyi Pavilion was built between 1561 and 1566 (the 40th and 45th years of the Jiajing reign of the Ming Dynasty). Originally the library of Fan Qin, the Right Vice Minister of the Ministry of War, it now houses nearly 300,000 volumes of ancient books, including more than 80,000 rare and valuable editions. It is the oldest existing private library in my country, the largest in Asia, and the third largest in the world. In 1982, it was listed as a national key cultural relics protection unit.

My family and I visited Ningbo and toured the Chiang Kai-shek&#39;s Former Residence in Xikou. Nestled against the mountains and beside the water, the residence features a charming cluster of Ming and Qing dynasty buildings with white walls and gray tiles, embodying both the gentle elegance of Jiangnan folk houses and the weight of history. Strolling along the main street, the rustic charm of the Wenchang Pavilion, the grandeur of the Fenggao House, and the bustling atmosphere of the Yutai Salt Shop all intertwine, each detail etched with the marks of time. The guide&#39;s vivid retelling of the past imbued the static architecture with warmth. This place is not only a gem of architectural art but also an excellent destination for touching modern history and experiencing the unique charm of eastern Zhejiang.

However, the area feels very commercialized; during mealtimes, people will approach you to solicit customers, which is quite unpleasant.

Ningbo Romon Global Park has been open for over ten years. Its design is very similar to Landworld in South Korea, a large-scale indoor and outdoor theme park that&#39;s unaffected by cold, heat, or rain 🌪. There&#39;s no fancy IP or storyline here, just pure thrills and speed ⚡. Even if you&#39;re too short to ride the outdoor roller coasters, pendulum rides, or drop towers, there are affordable indoor alternatives 👍🏻. We got in at 4 PM on National Day, and for a full four hours, our 1.3-meter-tall child tried all the rides available for her, which was quite an experience! Cleared the park! 🔚 The most memorable ride was the &quot;Poseidon Adventure,&quot; pure terror and thrill! 🤣 From the moment the staff quietly helped Tangtang (a nickname) tighten her raincoat and said, &quot;Your bangs can&#39;t be hidden anymore,&quot; I knew something was wrong. It was like a creepy version of &quot;River Rapids&quot; 💦 The interior had some connection to Poseidon, but there was absolutely no interaction. There was more than one descent, one scare after another, stemming from both the eeriness of the surrounding environment and the uncertainty of which slope would end&hellip; Even though we were bundled up, we still ended up soaked! ‼️ Afterwards, I was completely dazed. 🫣 Those with a weak stomach should avoid this paid attraction, 10 yuan per ride (includes raincoat and shoe covers). I must say, Romon is quite generous.

After many years, Xiangshan Film and Television City has been significantly improved, especially the car chase show in Game for Peace. It was truly breathtaking, and our front-row seats were incredibly immersive. It&#39;s a great place to bring both parents and children. We avoided the weekend to avoid crowds, and the experience was incredibly comfortable all day.
