"The Three-Body Problem" is a long science fiction series created by Liu Cixin. It is composed of "Three-Body Problem 2: The Dark Forest" and "Three-Body Problem: The Immortality of Death". The first part was published in "Science Fiction" in May 2006. It was serialized in World magazine, with the second volume published in May 2008 and the third volume in November 2010.

In 2019, "The Three-Body Problem" was included in the "Collection of 70 Novels in the 70 Years of New China". In September 2022, "Three-Body" was selected as one of the "Top Ten National IPs of 2021"
