We&#39;re a family of 6. We visited the panda base earlier today. We booked the morning slot. The place is huge! Overall it&#39;s a really great place, filled with Giant Pandas! There&#39;s red pandas as well and they&#39;re really cute. Some pointers, the place is huge. Like really huge. Highly recommend taking the internal shuttle service which came at an extra cost of 30yuan per person but it&#39;s worth it. Those with small kids, I highly recommend renting the stroller. As mentioned, the place is huge. There&#39;s lots of food options inside too. No halal food options inside but still can eat some light snacks

The scenic area is very large. We opted for a guided tour, where a beautiful guide led us through the exhibits and provided explanations. There are parks and an ancient town, and we saw the bioluminescent plankton display at night &ndash; it was a fantastic experience!

Choosing the right hotel for this trip to Chengdu was fantastic! The location of Manxin Hotel (Du Fu Thatched Cottage Branch) is superb, just a few minutes&#39; walk from the North Gate of Du Fu Thatched Cottage, making it incredibly convenient to return after visiting the scenic area. Huanhuaxi Park is also nearby, perfect for a pleasant stroll amidst lush greenery after dinner.

The hotel environment is elegant and clean. The rooms are equipped with smart room controls and rain showers, the bedding is comfortable, and the details exude Chinese charm. The service was also incredibly heartwarming; staff members greeted us proactively whenever we bumped into them, and responded to our needs very quickly. The complimentary afternoon tea and abundant breakfast were a big plus, and the freshly cooked Dan Dan noodles were authentic. They even gave us some snacks upon check-out. The entire experience was excellent. Meimei and Chen Hao were very welcoming, and I&#39;ll definitely stay here again next time I&#39;m in Chengdu!

The Wuhou Temple is definitely worth visiting. I went there with a sense of reverence because I love reading &quot;Romance of the Three Kingdoms&quot; and admire Zhuge Liang. I saw the two memorials to the emperor, many rubbings, and statues of Liu Bei, Zhuge Liang, and many other heroes of Shu Han. The environment inside is also quite nice, and many tourists were taking photos.

Mount Qingcheng is definitely worth visiting if you enjoy nature, culture, and a peaceful atmosphere. Compared to many famous mountains in China, it feels calm and refreshing rather than crowded or rushed. The mountain is covered in lush greenery, and walking through the forest paths is relaxing from start to finish.One of the highlights is the Taoist culture. Temples like Jianfu Palace, Tianshi Cave, and Shangqing Palace are beautifully integrated into the mountain and add a quiet, spiritual feeling to the journey. Even if you&rsquo;re not deeply interested in religion, the scenery and history are still very enjoyable.The trails are well maintained and suitable for most fitness levels. I recommend going in the morning for cooler weather and fewer people. Wear comfortable shoes and take your time&mdash;this is a place to slow down and enjoy the surroundings.Overall, Mount Qingcheng is perfect for travelers who want nature, history, and a relaxing escape from the city.
