WATERBOMB Festival Guidelines
By purchasing, holding, or using tickets, all attendees are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
TICKETING RULES
lReal-name electronic tickets: One ticket per valid ID. Entry requires the original ID used for ticket purchase. Tickets are non-transferable and non-resale.
lPurchase limit: Max 6 tickets per person.
lChildren: All children require tickets. Minors must be accompanied by guardians, who assume full responsibility for their safety.
lInfants prohibited: Due to crowded venues and loud audio, infants are not permitted.
lConditional refunds: Refund periods and fees are subject to the official refund policy (see below).
lNo changes: Dates cannot be altered post-purchase. Tickets are non-transferable.
lTaxes included: Prices cover VAT and copyright royalties.
Purchase only through official channels. Unauthorized purchases risk entry denial.
ENTRY RULES
1.Electronic Tickets
lPresent original ID matching ticket registration for verification.
Admission
lFollow marked entry lanes by ticket tier.
lStanding room only; no seats provided.
lIf the wristband is damaged or lost, reissue and entry are not available.
lSingle-use tickets expire upon exit.

TICKET RESALE BAN
1.Purchase tickets only through official authorized channels. Buyers will bear full responsibility for any issues (e.g., denied entry to the event) resulting from unauthorized purchases
2.There will be civil and criminal liabilities also for the forgery or counterfeiting the ticket.
On-site Precautions 
1.Event Info
lThe performing artists differ by date, and the detailed timetable will be announced later through official SNS and website. 
lThe amount of team towel is limited and it will be provided first-come, first-served. 
2.Water Guns
lWater guns are only allowed to be used inside the main stage area. Water gun use outside of permitted areas may be restricted. Please refrain from using water guns near electronic devices. 
lWATERBOMB team is not responsible for any disputes that occur due to the use of water guns, so please be careful not to cause harm to others when using them. If you cause discomfort to surrounding audience members through excessive water fighting, you may be forced to leave the event. 
lPlease do not shoot the water gun to the face and body of the artists. 
  If you are caught doing it repeatedly, you may be forced to leave the event. 
3.Photography
lWhile general photography taken by smart phones is allowed, the use of large professional equipment such as high-magnification telephoto lenses, monopods (tripods), tripods, selfie sticks longer than 1M, and other photography aids is strictly prohibited and may result in control and ejection by the security team. 
lIf there is a request from an artist, taking picture and video will not be allowed for any reason. 
lIf you get caught while filming, the taken picture and video would be deleted andif it keeps happening, you may be forced to leave the event.
4.Safety
lIf you cause the inconvenience of other audience and interfere the others watching, you may be forced to leave the event. 
lPlease be careful for your valuables. The WATERBOMB team is not responsible for any loss, theft, or accident occurred due to the carelessness of a personal. 
lLaser, firework, bottle, can, knife, or etc which is considered to interfere the performance and others’ safety is banned to bring. 
lAll kinds of beverages and food items are prohibited from being brought in, except for bottled water. 
lFor your safety, please follow the instructions of the event staff.The organizers, sponsors, venue, partners, and artists are not responsible for any accidents or injuries that occur due to audience negligence inside or outside the event venue. 
lMaintain venue cleanliness: No littering or damaging public facilities.
lNo running, climbing barriers/equipment, or entering restricted stage areas.
lDo not throw objects into crowds or onto stages.
lAvoid sitting/lying in densely crowded zones.
lExit orderly post-show: No lingering in venues/passages. Overnight stays are strictly prohibited.
lTemporary crowd control measures may be enforced during peak hours for safety; your understanding is appreciated.
lIn case of an unexpected accident, health issue, or other emergency situation during the performance, please seek assistance at the emergency booth or information booth。
5.This performance uses loud sound and various special effects. 
lPregnant women, the elderly, or those with weakened physical or mental conditions who may be sensitive to external stimuli and prone to seizures, photosensitive disorders, or other health issues are advised to refrain from entering. 
lIf you still wish to attend, please consult your doctor and share any relevant medical information or documentation with the organizers in advance.
PROHIBITED ITEMS
lDrones, tripods, pro cameras, pets (except guide dogs), luggage 55x35cm, wheeled devices (bikes/skateboards).
lAlcohol, non-sealed food, glass/metal containers.
lSelfie sticks, inflatable sofas, camping gear, lasers, light sticks, flags/banners.
lWeapons, fireworks, flammable items, long umbrellas, spray cans.
lFinal prohibited items subject to on-site security checks.
Picture, Video, Broadcast 
1.The whole area of the WATERBOMB is allowed only to the designated media channels. 
2.WATERBOMB team and sponsor are able to use the copyright occurred from taking pictures and videos of all attendees entering the event. 
3.The works filmed at the venue have the right to be commercially used by the host/supervisor/ official sponsor, and the audience can be seen through various media such as TV, online mobile, etc. 
4.Unauthorized media footage uploads may be blocked through the platform site. 
5.We inform you that this notice is legally valid and is governed by law.

I visited Haiye during the National Day holiday last year. At that time, Haikou had just encountered a super typhoon and Haiye was severely affected. The scene we saw at that time was a mess and devastation. Fortunately, all the animals were safe. We drove to visit by ourselves. There were not many people along the way. The experience was very good. Basically, you can feed the animals at every visit point. The most impressive thing was feeding the black bears. It was so fun! I hope Haiye will get better and better. I will definitely go there again if I have the chance in the future~

We came on a Saturday afternoon in mid-August, which is supposed to be the busiest time. However, the scenic area is large enough, with enough cabinets, toilets and showers. Even if there are many people, it doesn&#39;t feel crowded. There is still a reasonable space to play well, and generally there is no need to queue too long.

Except for the rafting river, all other projects are operating normally. I heard that many facilities will be closed when it is not busy, so I would rather come when there are many people. The slides are exciting and gentle, and both adults and children can play.

It feels that the operating quality is still imported from Australia. The ground and water feel clean. Each slide (even the small slide for children) is watched by at least one lifeguard. This standard is too touching.

The shower room is large, which is convenient for adults to take children to wash together. There is hot water and sufficient water pressure. The small cabinet is a bit small and the rental fee is 30 yuan.

What can be improved is that the big screen of the wave pool keeps playing advertisements. You can play some music and dance to make the atmosphere better; the only drawback is that although the shower room looks clean, it smells quite urine, but this is the behavior of tourists.

It was so much fun! The mine car brought extreme excitement. The child was a little scared at first, but fell in love with it after playing it once, and asked to play it again. The actors interacted enthusiastically and pulled the children to dance together. The atmosphere was super happy~
