The sunshine was incredibly warm, and the ecological environment of Qiandao Lake was simply amazing, with high levels of negative oxygen ions. Every breath felt like a deep, satisfying inhale. The Buddhist statues are enormous; although I&#39;m not a Buddhist, I was quite awestruck when I first saw them. The temple environment is quite beautiful, but it gets a bit noisy due to the large number of worshippers.
