I visited the Yangcheng Lake Taikang Marriott Hotel for a trial stay and stumbled upon the Youai Art Center. The hotel thoughtfully arranged an exhibition tour. Hall 1 is currently being set up for the season, while Hall 2 is currently showcasing the Matisse Immersive Art Exhibition.

Who is Matisse? He is a renowned French painter, sculptor, and printmaker, the founder and leading representative of the Fauvist movement. His representative works include &quot;Luxury, Serenity, and Pleasure,&quot; &quot;The Joy of Life,&quot; &quot;Open Window,&quot; and &quot;Woman with a Hat.&quot; He is known for his use of bright and bold colors. An accident at the age of 21 sparked Matisse&#39;s passion for painting. This fortuitous encounter became a turning point in his life. In his own words, &quot;I felt as if I were summoned. From then on, I no longer controlled my life; it controlled me.&quot;

The exhibition hall primarily utilizes holographic projection technology to recreate some of Matisse&#39;s works throughout his life in various forms. The clever combination of light and shadow creates a highly immersive experience. When there are fewer people around, the photos are truly stunning, giving you the feeling of being there.

The attractions near the hotel were drawn by the poem &quot;Hanshan Temple outside Suzhou,&quot; which led us to visit. After parking, we drove around for a while before finally arriving at Hanshan Temple. Inside, there was quite a bit to see, and it was very crowded with tourists.

Tiger Hill isn&#39;t high; most people, unless they have mobility issues, don&#39;t need to take a car up. A normal hike will take about 10 minutes to reach the top, and with some walking and exploring, 20 minutes is enough. On the hill is the Sword Pool, said to be the tomb of Hel&uuml;, the father of King Fuchai. Qin Shi Huang and Xiang Yu didn&#39;t manage to excavate it, and they were afraid that digging now would collapse the Tiger Hill Pagoda, so they never did, leaving much to the imagination. There are also many other relics, inscriptions by scholars and poets, and the Twin Wells Bridge, a cleverly constructed structure well worth a visit.

Lingering Garden(Liuyuan Garden)

To capture the tranquil, picturesque Jiangnan landscape of Lingering Garden, it&#39;s recommended to arrive before it opens in the morning; we arrived before 7:30. After queuing for a few minutes, we were among the first visitors to enter.

As expected of one of China&#39;s four most famous gardens, I highly recommend learning about Lingering Garden&#39;s history and the best photo spots before your visit.
