Get ready for a joyful run/walk down Hastings Street that’s perfect for 
all 
a
ges and abilities
—wheelchairs and strollers are welcome! Whether you're sprinting or strolling, this is a chance to get moving and celebrate being active with the people you love.
This inclusive event is free for everyone and part of the ParticipACTION Community Challenge right here in Burnaby! If you'd like to receive a Finisher Gift Bag, they’re available for just $5.
This short ’dash' down Hastings Street is presented by the Heights Merchants Association and supported by local businesses.
All proceeds benefit the Burnaby Firefighters Charitable Society.
Let’s come together, have fun, and get active as a community!
NEW START LOCATION THIS YEAR: 
The traditional 3-block distance (Ingleton to Carleton).
ALL PARTICIPANTS LINE UP AT INGLETON AVENUE FOR WARMUP @ 9:30am. The finish line will be the same for all participants, just past Carleton.
REGISTRATION & PAYMENT OPTIONS:
 Click through to register and pay online for any Finisher Bags (while quantities last).
Everyone is welcome to join the dash for free
; however, WILL NOT receive a Finisher Bag unless a Finisher Bag is purchased.
TEAM CAPTAINS: 
Children must have a Team Captain (over the age of 15) accompany them who will be responsible for ensuring each member of their team crosses the finish line.
Strollers and wheelchairs are welcome. Please no recreational scooters, bikes, etc.
FINISHER BAGS: 
will be available directly after the race

 the Gulf & Fraser Credit Union Branch (4191 Hastings Street, Burnaby @ Carleton & Hastings) until 10:30am June 7 at the latest) OR to avoid lineups, pickup your Finisher Bag on June 5th & 6th,

Standing on the top of the park, you can see downtown Burnaby and the mountains in the distance, as well as downtown Vancouver, Stanley Park and the Lions Gate Bridge. The park is rich in vegetation, and you can smell the fresh air of the pine forest while walking along the forest trails. The park is famous for the Kamui Mintara sculptures created by Japanese sculptor Nuburi Toko and his son, which symbolize the harmonious unity of humans, animals, nature and God. The sculpture group consists of 29 hand-carved logs with animal images such as brown bears, owls, salmon and killer whales engraved on them.

If you are looking for a good place to relax around Vancouver, Bennaby Luhu (Deer Lake Park) is definitely worth a visit! It is like a paradise in the city, with beautiful lakes and mountains. There are flat plank roads around the lake, which are perfect for walking, jogging, or enjoying nature with children and pets. The lake is sparkling, seagulls and green ducks play in the water, and the snowy mountains in the distance are looming. The park is free, the lawn is suitable for picnics, and kayaks can be rented on the lake. In spring, flowers are competing, rhododendrons are especially romantic, and outdoor concerts in summer are even more lively. Especially in autumn, Luhu is even more beautiful, and it is a great place to enjoy maples around Vancouver. Luhu parking is also very convenient, highly recommended!

On the side of the Kingsway road, only 2 kilometers away from Burnaby&#39;s largest Metropolis shopping center, this city oasis was found. There is a grass bowling course, green grass, club swinging.

Burnaby is not a place that foreign tourists come to, but our local friends drove us here to play. It is a place with very beautiful scenery, and the museum gave us a comprehensive introduction to the history of Burnaby.
