The Pine Island Ribbon Run/Walk 2024 is an annual 5k event held in Pine Island to raise funds for cancer research and treatment programs. The 19th Annual Pine Island Ribbon Run/Walk will be held on June 1st, 2024, at the Pine Island Public School (5 - 12). Participants have the option to run or walk the 5k course through the town of Pine Island, with a route that includes the Douglas Trail.
