Join certified personal trainer, Maxie Silkes, for an immersive workshop that serves as an introduction to strength training. Gain a hands-on understanding of the numerous health benefits that resistance training offers. The workshop will cover the 7 foundational movement patterns, with participants practicing each pattern using bodyweight, dumbbells, or resistance bands. Regardless of your current fitness level, modifications will be provided to accommodate everyone. To ensure a tailored experience, please contact Maxie ahead of time if you have any injuries or specific needs. Maxie's passion lies in making movement and fitness enjoyable and accessible to all. Her goal is to rewrite the rules of fitness, making it attainable for everyone and inspiring individuals to embrace physical activity that feels good. Water and snacks will be provided during the workshop, along with the opportunity to ask any fitness-related questions.
