RUN 500M ZONE 8: 50x WALL BALLS Using a med-ball, participants perform quality wall balls by throwing the ball to hit a target on a wall. -DIVISIONS: Participants must choose the divsion they want to particpate in at registration.-COMPETITIVE DIVISION - **All weighted stations will be similar to the Hyrox Pro weight standards.
